Today’s update at smashbros.com features a little detail about Fox McCloud’s moveset in Brawl. The odd object seen hanging from his waist in previous screenshots is his reflector, which initiates his reflective shield move he’s had in previous games. This move is a down special move, but given the wide array of possible control setups, there’s no telling what button combination that actually means.

Additionally, Fox’s signature blaster has a new look. It also appears to work the same way as in previous games.
Wow I am finale relived that Fox’s moves haven’t changed from Melee. Lets all hope Falco returns the same too!!
