Who is so bad here that they'd sacrifice a useful communications medium just to not get a message from someone?

The ignored users sending PMs was a bug in SMF2.0 RC3. They fixed in for RC4, which we are now running.

If you are still getting PMs from ignored users, go to your profile.

Go to Modify Profile -> Personal Messaging

Set "Receive personal messages from:" to "All members, except those on my ignore list"
