There is a new stock, Asper's personal wealth stock.

More importantly, there is a major change to the forum postcount stock. I have tripled the value that triggers a max value increase. Hopefully this will put the brakes on that stock, as it is now too expensive for most members to invest in.

As a result THIS STOCK WILL BE RESET TO ¢¢300 TOMORROW. So, if you bought when it was above that price, sell now.

Can't wait to buy the SFO forum posts! I'm starting to get more used to the SFOconomy stocks area. Especially the random stocks. Thats the key to make fast short term gains.

Forget the forum postcount stock being too expensive. How about 10K a share for stocks in Cornerian Credits? It was 6K, but then Elite took out a 100K credit loan

Personal wealth stocks doesn't seem to move at all. If they can't be a viable alternative to other stocks, there's not really going to be much point in them.

Any stock that is based off of events on the boards lie dormant for three days while the system analyzes the variable used to drive the stock to form a baseline. That includes personal stocks.

Also, the triggers are global. A personal stock will never grow as fast as the board-wide ones because of this.

I was wondering, maybe since the BLT and SCC stocks reached their max value (do they never go down???), maybe their owners could cash in by selling them and the admins could reset the values so they are not stuck and unused for dailylife economy, hum?

I was wondering do any of the stocks give dividends, because when I think of stocks I think of a long term investment. I also thought of having some small stocks like say cc100-cc500, but they stay around that price. I also don't see how that price would stay around though, unless you had a minimum buying amount for the richer members. I also think newer members will be able to buy stocks, keeping the economy going. I don't have very many Cornerian Credits and I want to be part of the SFOConomy.

Yeah, this economy is pretty much FUBAR at this point. A few people hold all the wealth, and it's almost impossible for someone to claw their way up to join us.

Not even that, but some people can *COUGH MODS COUGH* just add to their wealth or something. Point being, THERE IS NO ECONOMY!!!!!!!!
