The following changes have been made to the server, and will be tested tonight. Depending on the reception, these changes may or may-not stay.
Class Limits:
Sniper: 3
Spy: 2
All Other Classes: No limits
Scramble:
When the plugin determines one team has rolled the other, it will automatically start a scramble vote.
!oikonny has been replaced by !scramble (So, !votescramble, !scramble, or !uncleandross will trigger a scramble vote)
Number of players to scramble reduced to prevent mere swapping of the rolling team
Scrambles cannot be called within 180 seconds of a round end (by game clock).
51% of votes as "Yes" will cause a scramble at the end of the round. (this threshold will be raised if scrambles happen too often)
Balance:
All players are forced to random team at start (though manual switching can be done. Please don't abuse.)
Balances should not trigger within 180 seconds of a round end (by game clock).
Increased the time the plugin waits before balancing a living player to 1 minute.
