Hardest Boss you have ever fought in a video game.

Hmm...

Hard Bosses.

Here are my picks for hard boses...

Bowser from Paper Mario (the N64 version) :

uber hard because you need to shatter his shield using on of your turns. Plus he heals and does a ton of damage.

Area 51 on Smash Bros. Melee:

Mewtwo, Gannondorf, and GigaBowser= ouch!

Reflux from Rayman 3:

Tough boss because you have to fight him, then chase after him, then fight him again in a new form.

Freya from Star Ocean 3, the final boss of Star Ocean 2, That last encounter with Albel in Xenosaga was a bit annoying, but the hardest boss of all time, no questions asked, would be Bael'Zharon from the MMORPG Asheron's Call. fellowships of level 80+ chars would all stockpile him and they all died. It was chaos.

The only bosses that are giving me any trouble are three extra bosses on Kingdom Hearts. I'm really good at video games. Most bosses: I have to die once or twice to figure them out, then I kick there butts. But:

Sephiroth in the Coliseum

The Six-armed monster in the Agrabah Desert

The Ghost flying around the Neverland clocktower.

They kick my but every time. I know how to beat them, but they always seem to take advantage of me. I'm really close to beating them, but not close enough.

Sephiroth does attacks that can kill you in two moves.

The six-armed guy randomly does this vertical and horizontal spin attack by flying in the air toward you. You jump over the horizontal and roll to the side against the vertical, but he goes behind you(removing your lock-on) and you can barely turn the camera. So you have to guess and either jump or roll.

The ghost guy uses this red power ball that attracts to you and eats at your health. He also activates this timer on you. It starts at 12 and when it reaches zero, you die. He first uses the time on your other two guys( Perter Pan and Donald/Goofy) You use Stopra on the clocktower to stop it, but it's.....it's just freakin hard to beat this guy.

I'll beat them, just you wait, I'll post here as soon as I beat them.

Ozma from FFIX is SO annoying. It's big round ball with a light side and a dark side, each one of them attacking 5 times before i get the chance of doing anything. His most annoying attack: Curse. Puts at least 10 curses on you including stone, death, doom, etc... and since there was no floor beneath him, i couldn't even do a regular attack, which i happen to be the most strong attack i have. Had to be in level 95 to beat that SOB....

MUAHAHA.. EVENT 51!!! that was the hardest boss i think.. ever..

i mean Omega phason pirate in metroid and metroid prime was easier, all the starfox bosses were easier, maybe shredder on hard at turtles 2 battlenexus may have been harder than Event 51..

BTW!!!! cleared EVENT 51 with ROY!!! Roy i tell ya.. no jigglypuff stuff...

Yeah, Super Smash Brother Event Matches was the very first "game" that taught me, "There are more powerful things out there". I could beat any boss, but now the designers are making them harder. I love the extra challenge. I don't even mind getting beat my a female a few times before I beat her back.

Cowboy Bebop the Movie line

Spike: I love a woman who can kick my ass.

I'm disappointed at bosses these days. It's a seldom occurence for me to have problems with a boss...it sadden me....

I like a challenge. That's what a boss is supposed to be. Minibosses are different, but a boss should not be easy to defeat. Ever.

I use to think like that. Bosses back then(When I was 12-13) were cake. Now(16)I have to die 50 times before I realize how to kill them, back then, I figured out how to kill them the first time I fought them, and killed them in seconds.

(I finally beat the two extra bosses in Kingdom Hearts, but I still can't beat Sephiroth. I'm gonna forget about him and just play around.)

Just a question: Have you ever played a game that didn't satify you in a specific way? What I mean is: In the Hades Cup in Kingdom Hearts, I beat Hades easily. Think about that, I beat the God of the Dead, but I'm not satified because he was so easy to beat. You ever feel like that?

Try playing Asheron's Call, then try fighting the Hopeslayer without any help. You'll -never- be able to accomplish that. Not even if you get to level 275, probably.

Well, right now I've figured out how to lower his health. You just keep hitting him for a few minutes and it starts to go down. I get him down two health bars, then he does that red ball attack that kills all of my health and MP. I have "last chance", I think it's called, so I keep one thing of health. I dodged him and actually survived. Then he did it again, after I had used elixer to rebuild my health and magic. And he just teleports behind me and kills me.

Do you have any special stradegy to beating him or what. Mines working..........so far, but................help!

Right that attack is known as "the heartless angel" when he uses it he always teleports to the furthest point away from you and behind you so try to keep combat around the centre of the field, if you hit him before he uses it he will stop but just in case you cant get to him in time have a few items equiped, majic is useless against him, eventually he will float in the air and use and attack wich can be seen coming a mile away as he says "Come, Power!" this attack can be dodged 70% of the time by rolling, no worries if you get hit just heal, its quiker to get to him if you have the faster gliding move. soon he will throw his sword in the air and send meteors flying down and they spin around the arena (dodge by jump and super glide) then he will hit you with one big meteor and it has a wide range so dodge using super glide but 80% of the time it will get you but no worries, not that bad. (have a break).

On his last couple of bars he will send many tiny balls that form around you and hit you continuously just jump to avoid and keep on the move.

and hit when he attempts to use "heartless angel". keep at it!
