I'm not sure where I would post about my brawl model imports so I'm putting them here

I don't have alot of Star Fox fan art yet and none of them have background, but I'll probably make more in the future.

Thank you! :3 I always thought my art looked different then other people's, I don't know if it's a good thing or bad thing.

I think alot lot of people don't like it.

Well it can be both, but if those same people just say "I dun liek it" and give no feedback, it means nothing. Everyone has a unique style, and it's up to you to work it. Be proud of your art, while still being open for critism.

Speaking of which, your art style is quite good on its own, you have good techniques. I can advise you to work your light/shadow system, your characters look a bit too flat and the shadows are too close from the original colour. I could argue about the fact that their heads are too big, but that could be some chibi-style and it's about personal opinion.

Out of all artistic matters I'd like to know if that outfit for your OC is her usual outfit : not wanting to be offensive, but it looks more suited for a pinup shot rather then for a fighter cockpit. Just asking.

Also, in your Brawl video, who is that pink character wearing black and purple clothes? Katt or another OC?

People never really had bluntly said things like that, they're more along the lines of "it looks like her neck's ganna snap in half" or my art just simply getting ignored compared to other people's.

My sister always told me that very thing (my art looking too flat due to the shading and lighting). She's a perfectionist so I never take her seriously, but seeing she's not the only one who sees it, I'll work on that harder. The big heads is mostly just personal taste, but it's also kind of a bad habbit of mine.

I really appreciate the advice! I never get any critique from anyone other then my sister, and she always unintentionally does it in an annoying naggy way. I've never taken art classes or anything so I feel like there's alot I don't know. Not too long ago I was doing everything without layers or the pentool (just paintbrush with a mouse).

That outfit is her usual, but it would make alot more sense if you knew more about her. She's not exactly a practical person. btw, her name is Lilian.

That cat is my sister's OC, she made a gunslinger psa for her too, but she edited off of some one elses so we can't release it without permission.
