Mr. Krystal
Please, call me "Fox"....and that's Dwight and Sol-Ratcht Saporro, I really appreciate it. Could you rephrase that sentence, I don't understand what you want me to do... or say... or something, what?
WolfoxOkamichan
It's Zicka, he has an ego so long that it can make the Great Wall of China cry. His arguments are an immediate fail but he insists. Anyway, it seems James, according to the current people playing it and trasnlators, is not totally "alive". It seems he's a playable character but only as a "presence". So he's really either a ghost or a mental projection of Fox's. Cool.
DZComposer
Those are different kinds of spoilers. duh. Unrelated spoilers shouldn't be blurted out everywhere. Wrong. If a thread is marked as having spoilers, there is no limit to them. While it is nice to keep them seperated into different threads, a spoiler warning in a thread title is sufficiant to cover any spoilers that may come within the thread. Therefore, enter threads with spoiler warnings at your own risk and don't complain about seeing ones you don't want to.
Fox P McCloud
Sorry about that Dwight, I accidentally type the wrong thing, thus making it really confusing--it's been fixed now. Not totally alive, huh? Well, as others have said that leaves him as one of two things: a spirit or Fox's mental projection. I'm going with the latter, it makes it seem more interresting, and would also explain why Fox is having a breakdown in one of the endings.
Sol-Ratcht Saporro
^Hey, no problem Fox! Oh, and you can just call me Sol. (Sorry I didn't get to this sooner) But, James as a mere visualization eh? I'm thinkin back to SF64 and the last level escaping part. It's pretty much alright..... But, I wonder what's Andrew doing in yet another installment of Star Fox...? What does that monkey want now? Probably the same thing as usual.
Fox P McCloud
Ok, no problem, Sol! We'll have to wait and see for sure what James ultimately is...I have a feeling it somehow relates to why Fox is crying. What the heck is Andrew going to do? I really have no idea.... Random note: did you know that Andrew was only 12 years old in Star Fox 64? Amazingly the Japanese website states this.
Sol-Ratcht Saporro
Hmmmm....so his voice got higher as he got older..... Wierd.... All this anticipation.....Man, I can't wait for the game to come out already.... >.>;
Fox P McCloud
Yeah, I just can't wait until I find out the main storyline...whatever anyone says or does, I refuse to ruin the main body of the story for myself...sure I know a couple of details, but nothing major. Kal
I just want to know how many levels there are/how long this is. As is, this stands to be the biggest Star Fox game ever, with nine endings, fifteen playable characters, and almost forced replay (to get the good endings). Assault has the record for longest game time-wise (not counting Adventure), so Command has to beat, what, 2-3 hours for one playthrough to be the biggest SF game ever. DZComposer
Ugh... I need to quit looking at things in these spoiler threads. It's frustrating, especially since my copy is only a day or so away. I hate having it spoiled that close. But meh, it's my own dumb fault.
Fox P McCloud
I know exactly what you mean, DZ. I had resolved that I would not look at any spoilers what-so-ever; and now look what has happend: here I am posting them. >.< Ahh well, just as long as the main storyline is not spoiled for me, I'll be happy. A thread made for a specific type of material should cover that type only. I enter this thread knowing IT WAS MADE for only ONE type of spoiler content. By your own rules Fox P McCloud is posting stuff that is not on topic, therefore he cannot hide under the spoiler warning of this thread to post unrelated spoilers. That would be like me posting about Fox in threads designated only for Krystal. By your logic, they are both characters, so I am protected to post about him whenever I want. Sol-Ratcht Saporro
Zicka, please stay cool, stay calm.....no need for another argument. I'm just going to say, that if you see SPOILERS as apart of the topic no matter what type of spoiler it is, it's still included in the topic. I don't see why there has to be a specific type of topic for each type of spoiler. They're all quite the same with the same purpose, to spoil the story as so you already know. Even though there are three different topics the same spoilers are used, in the topics we are discussing how these spoilers are affecting certain aspects of the game and series. So, SPOILERS are going to pop up no matter what.....But, the thing is to stay on the topic of to what effect do these spoilers have on the game and/or the series. Well then, they should just make a sticky thread that says "ALL SPOILERS HERE" and not have a problem. Any kind of content should be kept within the designated topic. I can't start posting about the GreatFox in a thread specified about Wolfens because they are both ships.

Fox P McCloud
You are really asking for it you know that? But because of what we've been through you get that one for free. This is a warning. Might I remind you the supreme power on this board [DZ Composer] himself stated that it doesn't matter. If it says "spoilers" in the topic, then you enter at your own risk. And might I add that the information that I posted (the endings) has everything to do with the topic, "So Series Continuity." simply, put, stop complaining, keep your cool, and let's all drop this. Zicka
No, it's not a warning, since you are not a moderator. You don't understand what we are talking about, so you are forgiven. Might I remind you that it's simple manners to post only content that is directly related at the topic at hand. This includes the initial post as well as the title. The topic was about an added character who might not even be playable, not endings of the game. I'm cool with this, I'm not even going to get the game. But if people are going to post whilly-nilly with unrelated spoilers then there should be a "general spoilers" thread.

WolfoxOkamichan
No, Zicka, you must learn to appreciate other people's opinions and learn to keep your ego on track. Simply calling this board with n00bs in a chat has shattered my faith. Besides, obviously, when it says "So much for continuity", expect to see the whole story being spoiled, as it will be explained. Don't think of the posters here as dumb people not being able to explain what they mean. I challenge you to join AL.
