Yeah, I was just being picky because I'm a little cranky and have a headache :P Peta's definitely a bunch of crazy motherfuckers, I'm not disputing that.

(For the rest of the people going "They had a noble cause" or "They use to be fine")...

Eh, the purpose of them remains the same even though they have gone off the deep end.

Watch the video I posted, though, if you can't do that, other words: "Deep End" is an understatement. Try "Psychotic 101". 2 members of PETA were even charged with a grand total of 62 animal cruelty acts over the past years.

PETA had noble causes in the beginning but as time went by they became so warped that one of the co-founders stepped down because they were getting too fanatical. Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD) pretty much went the same route with MADD's founder not wanting to have anything to do with it anymore.

Also, PETA killed 95% of adoptable dogs and cats in it's care during 2011. They aren't as supportive of animals as you might think.

All people who say that PETA has noble goals just don't know there are other far more noble and dignified associations that ACTUALLY work.

They're also hyprocresy on it's pure state. They said that they won't use anyhting that had to be tested in animals prior, not even the hypothetical cure for AIDS. The President of PETA itself and one of her big guns are both diabetic and use insulin, which was indeed a product of animal testing.
