Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 teaser.

I must say, it looks like it could be decent enough. Treyarch actually did a decent game with the first Black Ops, and the fact that this game is showing the H&K XM8 modular weapon system, I am probably going to buy it if for nothing but the weapon selection, which is how I came about buying the first Black Ops.

Plus the futuristic element allows them to make iffy gun/perk capabilities without insulting the die hard firearm fans, such as me and my friends (I'm looking at you, Infinity Ward).

Thanks for confirming my assumption of the use of the XM8 platform. Everyone I've talked to about it thinks that they are going to use guns like in Halo, and I've kept trying to convince them that it's a real weapons system. Hell, Bad Company 2 had that platform.

Anyways, I'm rather excited, I see it as a welcome change to the normal Call of Duties.

There had been rumors that there was going to be a sci-fi themed CoD for a while, looks like they were right. I actually really liked Black Ops, so I'll be interested in this outing.

However, when you compare this to the original WWII Call of Duty games, you have to wonder if they're pushing this series too far now.

I saw a TV trailer a few days ago. It looks FREAKING AWESOME, but I'm not going to bu yit I think. I'd like to take a break from COD and not splurge ^^;

Love the UAV's and the MEch's though, and it seems the middle east will be involved....AGAIN.....
