Redeemer
And what do you do to get rid of them? I suffer from migraines, always have done, but over the past 3 days they've been so goddamn persistent. I've taken painkillers, lay down in a dark room, drank more water, and I avoid bright lights whenever I can. What other tricks work? This is actually horrible hahaha. sroberson
I sometimes find I get headaches if I don't get enough to eat or drink...or sometimes if muscles in my neck are strained. Drink plenty of water, have something to eat in case one's blood sugar is low, and massage muscles in the neck.
Scourge
I get them because of a combination of high altitude, and sinus problems. As far as remedies? Really the only thing I've ever managed to figure out, is just to tough it out. Sorry
Redeemer
You'll never believe this, but I started playing really, really loud music (Muse incase you're curious), and my headache is kind of gone? What the hell? XD
Star_Dragon
Uhm... okay... ... When I get headaches, I deal with them with a combination of painkillers, naps in my room with blinds closed and light off, and soft music.
LoneWolf
I get a headache every time someone under 10 years of age joins the server. I get rid of them by muting them.

Salem
Uhm... okay... ... When I get headaches, I deal with them with a combination of painkillers, naps in my room with blinds closed and light off, and soft music. This is similer to what I do except I listen to compleat silence or loud music as well, but this is a guess with the loud music... that it might intensify the pain so much that it causes a type of numbness, because it only hurts bad when I turn it off... that or depending on the type of music it might boost you adrenaline causing your pain tolerance to spike. Sarita
Naps, I've found that only naps help my headaches. :T Painkillers never manage to take out even the weakest of headaches. Closing my eyes and rolling my eyes around is the only relief I'm able to get while waking, I think because it resembles the REM cycle. :P
thunderflare
I get migraines, but usually when the weather changes like in fall or spring. I can't do much for them usually lay in bed, in the dark, no sound, and have the heater on even if it's summer. I don't eat much, because that will sometimes make me throw up, so I just drink water or juice. I do know this if I drink something diet, I play games to long, or I don't get enough sleep that will give me a migraine. I've had music help me, heard that drinking Gatorade helps, but I haven't tried it yet. A warn shower helps when I'm waiting for painkiller to kick in, but a shower never gets rid of the migraine. It's also good to use different painkillers, so the body doesn't get use to one painkiller and having the one painkiller become less effective, in getting rid of the migraine.
