If you could boot a Star Fox character

Not sure. Slippy definitely not. Because you shouldn't forget his utility. He's Star Fox' engineer and as far as I understood, he designed the blue marine. And I'm not sure about the Landmaster but I think he did that too.

Krystal is the statutory woman. Ok the first game perfectly worked out without one, so I guess you don't need one to run a business on Corneria, but you don't know about other worlds. And the alternative to not booting Krystal would therefore be hiring Miyu and Fay and they're both cocky I'm-so-pros. Having one of them in the team wouldn't just be annoying, but also result in a lot of fights between her and Falco, weakening the team's morale and reducing the chances of carrying out the missions successfully. So no to that.

I don't understand why so many people dislike Oikonny so much. I think he's funny^^. He's like the clown of the Star Fox series.

I don't know what it is, but something makes me not want to boot Andross. He's kinda the Voldemort or the Orochimaru of Star Fox, just with being more of a monkey than a snake. The former main villain, that isn't that important any more, but turns up again and again any way.

Wolf and Leon are kind of a must-have^^.

Panther of course receives a lot of hate from fans, because Fox is the blank character most players identify with and Panther takes the role of the ruthless and thoughtless competitor for the female. I think he somehow brings in some additional style to Star Wolf and shouldn't get a boot.

I'd say boot the one you can replace. There is only one Panther Caroso, one Wolf O'Donnell, one Slippy Toad, one Krystal, one Andrew Oikonny and one Andross Oikonny. But I'm sure that you'll find a lot of generic domesticated dogs in the Cornerian Army that barely contribute anything other than mediocre piloting. Boot Bill Grey. I would get rid of Amanda because BRIGHT PINK SKIN, augh. You do not always need to make female characters PINK people! Katt Monroe I would've kept the pink fur on because she wore it well and it made more sense (you can dye fur pink, dying skin pink is a different matter altogether and much harder). The fact that they changed her color in Command drove me batshit.

I'd probably have Lucy change her fur color because I just don't like it on her either, but as a character she annoys me far less than Amanda so I wouldn't chuck her outright. Amanda though... UGH. Slippy has horrible taste in women.
