RPGmaster2000
You do know that my site Crystalline Studios was launched around mid-october 2005, right? (You can even check the source code for that.) Well, there seem to be others with that name now. >_> www.crystallinestudios.com (Launched in the 2nd of May, 2006, though news archives dates back to January 2006. Still not as much as me!) http://crystallinestudios.tripod.com/ (Launched in the 9th of June, 2006. WTF! Apparently, I'm not getting that much traffic to be noticed that the name's already taken. O_ó) So... what do I do? Should I switch my webiste's name to something else in preparation for V.4 or something else? Really, this doesn't feel well for a creative soul... :o
TakeWalker
I'll say first, I'm absolutely no expert on copyright law. That having been said, have you copyrighted or trademarked the name?

TakeWalker
I think there's some sort of auto-copyright thing that happens when you're the first to make something. I honestly don't know, and I'm honestly not sure how enforceable it is. But you ought to look into it.

RPGmaster2000
I'd appreciate it if someone who had certain knowledge of copyright laws could give me some advice about what to do about this. Should I just ignore it ever happened or send them an e-mail or something?
