Fox-Shot
You heard it, games that are notorious for hatred from the fanbase but you like. 4 of mine are Banjo KnB, Starfox Adventures, Dirt Showdown, and Red Faction Guerilla.
Vy'drach
Call of Duty: Black Ops Was a pretty fun Call of Duty, but was still plagued with some of the problems that Call of Duty had that made it practically unplayable online. Bot mode was fun though.
Fox-Shot
Call of Duty: Black Ops Was a pretty fun Call of Duty, but was still plagued with some of the problems that Call of Duty had that made it practically unplayable online. Bot mode was fun though. Many believe that Black Ops is superior to MW3, and I agree, it brought so much more to the table when it came to multiplayer and lan features. It was funny at a LAN party that was hosting MW3 tournaments when they found out the LAN mode doesn't have everything pre-unlocked.
Vy'drach
All I tend to hear is band wagon hating on Black Ops and Call of Duty in general. Call of Duty is pretty bad, but only because of what the developers do with it. it has the potential to be an amazingly great game series, if it was done right. Oh, and another one, Resident Evil: Racoon City, and SOCOM: Confrontation. Both made by the same developer, Slant Six. Racoon City isn't a bad third person shooter, though headshots need to do more to non-zombies, and you can't be expecing a Resident Evil game. SOCOM: Confrontation, however, is an amazingly weapon accurate third person shooter that is plagued by having a very bad release version, but the issues have been fixed, and it is now amazingly fun to play. Icy
Only a few come to mind, but they're pretty hated among practically everyone I've ever heard talk about them. Star Fox Adventures Far Cry 2 Metroid: Other M Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 (multiplayer is still CoD multiplayer and I hate it, but I absolutely adore Spec Ops and the campaign ended the trilogy with a bang) Now.. games I don't like that everyone else loves? Hehe... that's a long list.

Ponychan /g/ (g for games, in case it's too subtle) Mention Monster Hunter Read praise posts I hear talk a lot of Monster Hunter a good deal on there, though the only experience I have with it is the secret Monster Hunter missions in Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker. You should really give the game a try, it's by far the best Capcom game next to Megaman that I have ever played. Not to mention my second favorite game on the Wii, Brawl being my first. :P
conaly
Hi, Command&Conquer Red Alert 2 and 3. Many people hate them as they take themselves much too serious and don't want to play with this colorful graphics, sarcastic humor and unrealistic units (fighting bears, manipulated dolphins etc.). They somehow prefer the Tiberium-games, which I really don't like. You could also count Crysis 2. Sure it was not as innovative and awesome as the first one, but still was really fun and the graphics (after the DX11 and HD patch) were stunning. But I agree that an open world would have been much better than the on rails level-design...

CrypticQuery
I'll be honest, I absolutely freaking loved Mercenaries 2 from the moment I bought it. Everything about it, no matter how completely and utterly cheesy, happens to be incredibly fun. Voice-acting is overused and cliche, the driving is subpar, and it definitely could have been better, but that doesn't stop me from laughing like an insane three-year-old as I collapse half of Venezuela with airstrikes. :P

I thought the graphics were great too, the only reason I didn't like the game was because I was expecting the game to start where Crysis 1 left off. I wanted to fly back to the frozen island and fight more aliens, but I ended up in NYC. By the way I beat the whole game at 10-15 FPS. I rule.

Vy'drach
Since when does everyone hate Dead Space, Borderlands, or Kingdom of Amalur? Borderlands get's a mixed amount of love and hate, and all I see for Kingdoms of Amalur was hype and all that, my friend was the only person I've seen to hate Kingdom of Amalur? At least as far as I've seen.
