Official Wolf image from Assault?

I am trying to find the "first" image of Wolf from Star Fox Assault. I want to make a wallpaper, and it seems as though that file was from an "official" source. I used to have the file but it was lost when this computer was formatted. Information is...

Archive is located at http://web.archive.o...e:Wolf.png and it refers to the file as "Wolf.png" although later revisions were called "WolfAssault1.png"

It should be noted that the file did not have the typical shadow under his tail.

I think I found the image. It has nearly the same resolution and it has no shadow underneath his tail.

Strangely though, the image is in the JPG format. I am wondering how to make the background transparent without ruining the white fur of his ears, face, etc?
