Hope your in the mood for a RP, Ace Comabt style. This RP is going to take place between Ace Combat 5: The Unsung War and Ace Combat 3: Electrosphere. 10 years after AC:5. Below is the events in Ace Combat 5, thanks to Wikipedia.

Yuktobania, an ally of Osea since the Belkan War in 1995, declares war on Osea for reasons unknown.

The Yuktobanian military opens the war with attacks on multiple Osean air bases and naval ports. The Osean military was caught off guard and were stunned and reeling. As the Yuktobanian attacks continued the Osean military scrambled to compose themselves for a counterattack. However, the Yuktobanian attacks failed to destroy the Osean fleet in Port St. Hewlett. As Osea moved its aircraft carriers to counterattack, the Yuktobanian Navy deployed their large underwater carrier submarine 'Scinfaxi' and destroyed two of the three carriers with Burst Missiles. They were described as being able to destroy everything under 5000 feet in each individual missiles range. This ended Osea's first attempt at counterattack.

Seeing that their forces were being pushed back, Osea went on a mission to launch an SSTO spacecraft carrying a Tactical Laser Weapon to be used by the Arkbird, a large maneuverable spacecraft capable of attacking from orbit, to counter the great Yuktobanian might.

Soon, Yuktobanian forces including the Scinfaxi tried to invade Osea through the Ceres Ocean and also attacked Sand Island. The Scinfaxi was then destroyed by the laser weapon fired from the Arkbird and numerous attacks from Wardog Squadron.

Following the destruction of the Scinfaxi, Yuktobanian operations had slowed down for several weeks. The Osean president: Vincent Harling decided to travel to the neutral country of North Point of the North eastern coast of the Usean continent, to hold peace talks; but his aircraft was attacked and forced to make an emergency landing. Soon after this, his actions were carried out by his Vice-President during is absence. The president wasn't seen after this incident for months to come. Osean forces launched Operation Footprint; the mission to invade and occupy the Yuktobanian mainland. Following the success of Operation Footprint the Osean army began to attack the Yuktobanian military in their own country. As the war began to pick up the Osean military seemed to have the upper hand.

The Arkbird was severely damaged because of explosives that were put into a cargo delivery by spies. Thus, putting the Osean controlled Arkbird out of commission. During the fighting a Yuktobanian engineering college was attacked by an alleged Osean unit, the suspected unit in question known as the "Wardog Squadron" was sent back to the Osean capital city, Oured, for questioning. During their trials, a Yuktobanian special forces unit attacked the College Town of Bana City and Apito International Airport in Osea almost simultaneously. This further escalated the war.

The Osean military attempted to take over the capital of Yuktobania, but burst missile attacks from the 'Hrimfaxi', the Scinfaxi sister ship, halted them.

Confirming that the Hrimfaxi was in the Razgriz Straights, an icy wasteland in the north sea north of the country of Anea, Osea sent the Wardog Squadron to destroy it. Wardog was told to remember the fact that the Arkbird was no longer in a position to assist them. Wardog was also informed that the Hrimfaxi had powerful radar equipment and could detect them easily if their altitude got over 1000 feet and if the Hrimfaxi detected their approach, it would only take them 60 seconds to dive. Thus leaving Wardog Squad 60 seconds to attack and destroy the Hrimfaxi. Despite staying under 1000 feet, they were detected by a pickett submarine which sent a warning message to the Hrimfaxi about their approach. The Hrimfaxi had to immediately halt its resupply operation to begin preparations to dive. Wardog was able to damage the Hrimfaxi (and the supply vessel) to an extent that the Hrimfaxi was no longer able to launch its burst missiles underwater. In between dodging the burst missiles by flying over 5000 feet, Wardog was able to completely destroy the Hrimfaxi.

As the war continued to drag on, the Wardog Squadron, better known by the Yuktobanians as the "Demons of Razgriz" for destroying both of their carrier submarines, had become the Osean military's center of morale.

In the war, many soldiers had been captured by Yuktobanian forces and made P.O.W.s. There was one P.O.W. camp amidst the snowy mountains of Glubina in Yuktobania. The Osean military then made up their mind to storm this camp a retrieve all of the POWs. They sent the Wardog squadron, the Carrier Kestrel's own Sea-Goblin Helicopter crew and a squad of marines to take over the camp and bring back the POWs. The operation was started with the marines heading in to take over the Radio Room of the camp and then by having Wardog shoot down all of the nearby aircraft. Once these objectives were accomplished, the Sea-Goblin team came in and landed at the camp's Helipad while all of the marines and POWs boarded the helicopters and were airlifted out. Unfortunately, shortly after this, the Wardog squadron's 2nd in command, 1st Lieutenant Kei Nagase was shot down by a surface-to-air missile. The missile did not kill her upon impact, however, as she was able to eject from her plane and use her parachute to safely come to the ground without injury. Seeing this, the Sea-Goblin team's gunship confirmed her position, but due to extreme heavy snowfall they were unable to maintain a stable altitude and crashed in an attempt to pick her up. Waiting for better weather conditions, a rescue mission for newly promoted Captain Nagase would be launched the next day, finishing successfully.

The Osean ground forces then attempted a second attack against the Yuktobanian capital, but a large fortress stood in their way. The Cruik Fortress had halted two of their first attacks, but the Osean ground forces eventually broke through and headed towards the capital. After the operation's success, the Wardog squadron came under the suspicion of being spies, and were to be detained at Sand Island as they returned to base. They attempted to escape, but were all pursued and reportedly shot down.

Though they lost their pillar of morale, the Osean military continued their fighting in the Yuktobanian capital, Cinigrad. During the fighting, rumors of an unknown aircraft unit attacking targets in Belka began to circulate. The Arkbird was repaired by the Belkans, who attempted to use it to detonate a nuclear missile on the Yuktobanian city of Okchaburst. However, four unknown aircraft attacked and destroyed the Arkbird, dropping it into the Ceres Ocean. The four black aircraft were said to be seen in Yuktobania as well; more rumors began to circulate and speculations began.

These rumors came into light when ships of the third Osean Fleet attempted to head to Yuktobania with someone claiming to be the Yuktobanian Prime Minister. When the 3rd Osean fleet was attacked four unknown Black Aircraft single handedly sunk an entire Yuktobanian fleet, along with an Osean fleet also attempting to sink them for allegedly "betraying their country by teaming up with the enemy".

The President of Osea, being saved from abduction from Belka, had re-appeared in the capital of Oured and began to order all Osean units to stand down immediately. He called upon the Yuktobanian Prime Minister and they met in Oured for a special broadcast. During this broadcast, they unveiled the existence of another country being responsible for the war engineering it from the start. This country was Belka. Both the Osean President and the Yuktobanian Prime Minister called upon their forces to halt their fighting against one another and silence the catalysts of the war.

With the combined Osean and Yuktobanian forces, along with the "Ghosts of Razgriz", they attacked a facility in North Osea to stop the catalysts once and for all. As the facility fell, the SOLG, a large orbital cannon under construction during the last war; was used against them. Despite this, the catalysts were defeated. In yet another act of defiance, the SOLG was programmed to fall onto the Osean capital city of Oured. The "Ghosts of Razgriz" engaged the falling SOLG, along with eight aircraft from Belka and destroyed the SOLG before it hit Oured.

The eight aircraft were rumored to be two secret Belkan Black Operation’s units within Osea and Yuktobania, which were helping in keeping the war going.

The war finally came to a close and peace had returned to the countries of Osea and Yuktobania. The pilots known as the "Ghosts of Razgriz" disappeared after the war ended; they were never seen again.

Osea - The Osean Federation is located in the center of the so-called 'Osean continent', which amounts to about 60% of its land mass. There is no numerical estimate to the size of Osea, but it's estimated that Osea is at least 3 or 4 times the size of Belka before The Belkan War, (which itself is estimated to be around 10,225,000² Km), and appears to be larger than the United States in the real world.

Osea is a vast nation, with Ceres Ocean on its Northwest coast, the Pacific Ocean bordering the Southwest coast, and Oured Bay and the Atlantic Ocean in the Southeast. It was bordered by Belka and Sapin before The Belkan War, but after Osea gained North Osea in the conflict with Belka, it added Ustio to its list of bordering nations. It is bordered by the Wellow Islands in the North, and Briswall in the South.

Yuktobania - Yuktobania is not located on the same continent as Belka or Osea. It is on the other side of the Ceres Ocean which divides the two main continents. Before the 2010 Circum-Pacific War (otherwise known as the Osean-Yuktobonian conflict) Yuktobania is roughly estimated as being 11,200,000 km² (around the size of Canada) A rather important part of the country has been occupied by the Osean forces during the conflict, but they are assumed to have been given back after the war. Yuktobania is surrounded by Verusa, Sotoa, Anea, and Clavis.

Yuktobania is a huge country whose sphere of influence is spread all over the world as one of the world's superpower. It has been placed on a continent opposite from Osea to show geographically the Eastern-Western split of the world. (As it was in the Cold War in real life.)

Personality: When he's not in his plane he's easy-going. But when the chips are down, he's a no-nonsense guy.

Plane: Su-37 (Terminator)

Abilities: The Su-37 has extremely high agility at subsonic speeds enabling the aircraft to alter its angle of attack and its flight path very quickly, and it also retains maneuverability in supersonic flight.

Background: Currently is stationed on the Tiger Naval Base, and leader of the CrimsonFox Squadron. He was a lone flyer, doing missions on his own. After a recent promotion, he was asked to lead a squad of fellow anthros. His would-be wingmates befriended Gene and he begrudgingly accepted leading the squad. The squad consist of another, younger, Male Redfox, named Chris Chambers, and a Female Redfox named, Allison Redford. Their callsigns are Fox-Nine, Fox-Six, and Fox-Three, respectively.

Gene Inari, also knows as Fox-Nine, was standing out on the deck of the Aircraft Carrier he was stationed on, letting the wind from the Belkan Sea blow against his fur, even though the water made if feel somewhat sticky. He looked out into the vast sea. A voice then came over the ship's PA system, "All CrimsonFox Squad members report to the briefing room, ASAP." With that, Gene began to head inside.

Walking through one of this ships hallways with his wingmates and best friends, Chris Chambers and Allison Redford. "Sir, you asked us to come to the briefing room?" Gene asked, saluting his superior.

"Yes, just let yourselves in and take your seats."

"Thank you, Sir." Gene said as he and his wingmates entered the room and took their seats, at the head of the table was the Commander.

"I'm sure you all know we're getting a new soldier on board."

"Yes, but why are we here? I really don't see any relevence of us being here."

"Well, as my best squad, I feel that you should get top prioity when it comes around to the happenings around here on this ship. On to business, as you know, our latest transfer is still young."

"A nugget."

"Exactly, but from what I've been hearing, he's showing much promise, much like yourself Gene, back when you were a fresh recruit."

"Okay, go on."

"Ahem... I want him on your squad-"

"WHAT!?" The squad's youngest member, Chris Chambers cut the Commander off, "Why shoud we let some kid onto our squad? Hey! I may be young myself, but we haven't seen this guy or anything, and you just want to stick him with us like that?! We're the best squad on this god damned ship, if you put that kid with us, he'll just die like all the others!" Gene then stood up and shut the young wingman up.

"Listen Chris, I don't like it as much either, but so help me, another outburst like that and I'll bust you back down to Airman so fast your head will spin, now shut the hell up." Gene then let go of Chris' arm as they took a seat.

"As I was saying, he will be ariving shortly." The Commander handed Gene a folder, containing all the info they need to know. "That is all, your dismissed." Gene nodded as he gestured his friends to get going. After a brief walk through the hallways, they came to their rooms, before Chris could get into his, Gene called him over into his.

"Yes, sir?" Chris questioned.

"Come all the way in." Chris did, closing the door behind him, "One question Chris: What in God's name where you thinking! You wanna get yourself court-marshalled?! I don't like this either, but atleast I has the brains to keep my mouth shut in front of the skipper!" Gene gritted his teeth and growled, "Get outta here, your dismissed."
