Vy'drach
Gonna copy-paste from my thread on ponychan. However, when it comes to computers and me, well, imagine a lobotomized baboon. I'm the guy that knows less about PCs than that.Anyways, I want to get Planetside 2 up to a better frames-per-second area, with it being serviceable as it is (would probably be better if I turned down some of the settings, but I don't want to), I get 15-20 in large scale battles, and 25-30 every other time, unless I stare at a wall. Anyways, I want to get at least 40 frames but would love 60+. Now I'm fairly certain I just need a better video card and a power supply to go with it, so I was looking at these products:http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814202004&nm_mc=EMC-IGNEFL020813&cm_mmc=EMC-IGNEFL020813-_-EMC-020813-Index-_-DesktopGraphicsVideoCards-_-14202004-L09Chttp://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817153106Anyways, my problem is compatibility. Not entirely sure where to begin to check that.So lemme know what other stuff you need to know, and go with the assumption that I have no idea how to check that, if you'd be so kind. I'd love to get some affordable upgrades to handle Planetside 2, and Metro 2034 as well.
