Anyone know where to find phpBB templates/themes?

So the owner of a smaller forum I check from time-to-time (It's not a very active forum) asked the community if they knew of any good themes for the software phpBB.

 

Anyone know any good theme/template resources?

 

Or is anyone good at doing web themes, and able to give me some pointers on theme designing?

Custom themes are the way to go, and it isn't hard unless you want to completely re-arrange the page (You'd probably need to know PHP for that, but it's been years since I've done anything with phpBB)

Learn some CSS and some HTML and you should be able to do something with it.
