DZComposer
May I be honest for a second? LucasArts was like a sick old dog that wasn't dying, but had so many health issues it was suffering miserably. Sometimes you just have to take Ol' Yeller behind the woodshed and put her out of her misery. The LucasArts we all loved died many years ago. In a way it is a lot like Rare: Once great, now a mere shell of its former self. There really wasn't much lost in this that wasn't already lost.In fact, LucasArts was becoming more of a publisher anyways with many of the games that had their name being developed by other studios. It is no wonder Disney closed them, as Disney ALREADY has a game publisher: Disney Interactive.
Dr. Orange
And Disney Interactive is that one creepy neighbor that just sits in his garage all day. I agree that Lucasarts isn't what it used to be, but I think their games did just better than what Disney produced. Granted Kingdom Hearts was a great title but wasn't that with Square Enix? Also, I did like the Tron Legacy game... somewhat. Maybe it would have been better just to hold onto Lucasarts just for the standpoint on combining two companies. Because 1313 I would put my money on as the game to help Lucasarts center itself... if it came out.
