Hello, fellow SFOians. Well, today is my last day as a civilian - tomorrow I leave for Air Force Basic Training in San Antonio, TX. Obviously during these next 2.5 months, I will not be active at all on the forums. I will see what time I can scrounge up during tech school, but if I can't find any time to scrounge up, I will definitely be active again come late November-December. You guys have all been wonderful to be part of the Interwebz with, and I can't wait to post with you guys again! 'Til next time...

I take it you'll be going to Lackland (or was it Kelly) AFB? I grew up in that area so I'm interested in how much those places have changed, if you get the chance make sure you go to the River Walk in downtown SA, lot's of good restaurants are by there and it's just a nice place to go.

Well good luck out there buddy.

Your endeavors will grant you success I am sure, be proud to one day be serving your country.

And don't worry about your status, you'll always be a civilian around these parts.

Ok, I'm saying this as an airman, good luck to you! It won't be easy, but I'm sure you can do it!

Remember the last verse of the Airman's creed, they'll make you say it alot.

"I am an American airmen, wingman, leader, warrior... I will never leave an Airman behind... I will never falter, and I will not fail."

Again, best luck to you in BEAST, CBRNE, and even CATM! ^w^
