Is there a place where I can get a starfox 2 rom?

I noticed that some people where getting the game for their computer for free. I once found a YouTube video of the game, and the guy said he got it for free. I don't want to pay $100 just to get it on a SNES I don't have. Lucky me I used to have it on my xbox for an emulator. Unlucky me, it was broken. But if I got it on the computer, I could make a let's play. Does anyone know?

Well Star Fox 2 falls into a grey area on the "No ROMs" deal afaik due to Nintendo having no plans on releasing that game, ever, so downloading the ROM is not stepping on their toes.
