Half-Life Half-Life Opposing Force Half-Life Blue Shift Team Fortress Classic Fallout 3 - Game of the Year Edition Alan Wake Alan Wake's American Nightmare Doom 3: BFG Edition Fallout New Vegas Ultimate Edition Ace Combat Assault Horizon Enhanced Edition Starwars Battlefront II Borderlands 2 Borderlands 2 Season Pass
Redeemer
I sadly wasn't able to get Half-Life, I can't since I just moved and paypal would freeze my account if I use it from here. However, I ended up with Alan Wake, Left4Dead2 and the Legacy of Kain bundle. These were actually gifts and swaps, it was a lot of fun.
Sarita
I got L4D2 and Torchlight II for myself, and I bought a couple things for Steve, I just don't remember what they are...
sroberson
I decided to go Sonic crazy for a bit on Saturday: Sonic Adventures 1 Sonic Adventures 2 Sonic Generations Also bought Killing Floor and Chivalry: Medieval Warfare (just...dont...). Might hit up the store again tonight and see if I find some other stuff like Ace Combat
LoneWolf
I should have bought more games. Wait I have no money Got gift copies of Mirror's Edge and FTL though. Not sure if the sender wants their name posted here.
Arashikage
Also bought Killing Floor and Chivalry: Medieval Warfare (just...dont...). Might hit up the store again tonight and see if I find some other stuff like Ace Combat Unfortunately, the sale is over. But why just don't for Chivalry? It's one of the most fun games I've played in terms of medieval combat, or multiplayer arena styled or objective oriented combat. --- As for myself, I got some good games. FTL, Far Cry 3 Blood Dragon, Borderlands 2 Mechromancer Pack and Psycho Pack, MLB 2K10, Retro City Rampage, Surgeon Simulator 2013, Tomb Raider, and Dark Souls: Prepare To Die Edition. Hidi
Damnit that thing ended fast for me. I wish I could've picked up more from it. Been deprived of computer and internets a majority of the sale. But hey, what I did pick up? Deus Ex: Human Revolution + All DLC Team Fortress Classic I got other things via activation codes, but those don't count. DoctorAllosaurus
I got nothing! I blew most of my money on the GOG sale a week before. I did however get a steam code for Metro Last Light for a penny but I don't think that counts...
Icy
I sold my old CPU a couple of weeks before the sales. $90 to spend. c: My personal loot.. and it was a lot. However, these were mostly games I've been wanting to get for a while. I actually completed one during the sales, and I intend to play and finish all these very soon and then work on the rest of my games... Hah! Like that'll happen! Strike Suit Infinity FUEL Retro City Rampage To the Moon Dishonored: The Knife of Dunwall Mark of the Ninja RAGE FEZ Monaco The Walking Dead La-Mulana Sonic and All-Stars Racing Transformed Age of Empires II HD Far Cry 3: Blood Dragon Call of Juarez: Gunslinger Kerbal Space Program Also gave a lot of games to some good friends. And I didn't go over my limit. The silly trading cards added a new aspect to Steam sales, dunno what to think about that, though. I had a lot of fun, even if for the 3rd sale in a row, Singularity never went below 25%. I need to get that game cheaper somehow...

Bugger, thought I heard that I had a little more time today. I jumped on that game and all I got was my ass kicked by clunky controls. I mean it might be the best out there for this particular kind of game, but to me it was a pretty big miss. I guess we can blame it on my lack of skills.

I played it during a free weekend and I agree. The controls were just too... clunky, I guess. I imagine you get used to it with time, but for the hour or so I played I just really couldn't stand the whole control system / stiff animations. I know it's fun after you play it for a while, though. Too many people think so for it to not be true.

The controls aren't clunky, at least not to me. Fedora and I had a blast playing it when we played. I liked it so much I bought it, and then got him a copy a month later. It takes a bit of time and a lot of getting killed to find the class you're best with, but when you get good, you really get good. It's a learning curve. Ala1n-J
This was the first time I bought things on Summer Sales. I didn't get much, though : Fallout New Vegas with its expansions, Mass Effect 1 and Mass Effect 2 ultimate collection. I wonder why I didn't see the third one in the discounts. (If it counts for anything I bought some $0,17 TF2 items on sale though. )

Most games either didn't strike my fancy, and those that did I already owned.

Star Fox Runner
Now that I think about it I should have bought Deus Ex Human Revolution. (Great game but I lost it when I sold my 360.) But I'm holding out for the Wii U version of the Director's Cut. (DAMMIT SQUARE PUT A RELEASE DATE OUT ALREADY!)
