SF-O and IE 11

Just a heads up, IPB users are reporting issues with IE 11 and CKEditor, which is the text editor IPB uses.

I highly advise using a browser other than IE. Firefox, Chrome, and Opera are all superior browsers to IE anyway.

There is a fix but it requires manual edits of programming code. Because IPB 4 is coming soon, I am not really in the mood for that so unless it becomes a major issue for our users I will not be applying the fix.

Seriously, Microsoft, it's 2013. Follow the fucking standards. We shouldn't have to put up with IE's shit anymore.

Best browser is Lynx hands down!

 

But really Firefox is my favorite, I highly suggest it, if you need to change from IE. I tried them all and I always come back to it. Of course out of the box without addons its not all that great, but once you install some it gets really nice!

Who the hell still uses IE these days anyway? Just about everyone I know uses Chrome or Firefox instead. IE is incredibly outdated.
