He's spawning an era of complete fucking morons that will spawn even more moronic children by the time they're 15 or something. JB is leading the younger generation into some kind of YOLO mentality that's warping their brains into festering buttholes. He doesn't even make DUI, assault and prison masturbation look cool, he makes it look like the latest bad habits babies need to be broken out of. Put some woolen mittens on him or something. It's so embarrassing to watch his life unfold, I'm actually conditioned to feel embarrassed when I see his goofy adolescent face. I really hope that the police realise how important it is to make an example here - if Justin weren't a celebrity he would have been in jail for some time now. He really needs to be punished in the same way everyone else would otherwise things will just get worse and worse. True story time: When I lived in Dundee while I was still studying, there was a young couple hit by a 15 year old boy DUI. They were coming home from a party on Christmas Day (or New Year's Eve? I can't recall exactly when, but it was one or the other) and they were just on the sidewalk, no intention on going near the road. This stupid kid drove right off the road, into them, and pinned them against a wall and a railed fence at the park. The girl was killed instantly (so surreal, she used to serve me at a store I regulared), and the guy was put into a coma and woke up to the news that his girlfriend was dead. Also he walks with two canes now and his knees are so fucked, his legs aren't even straight. The 15 year old moron wasn't hurt at all. In fact, he had a pretty decent voice. Music wasn't great but he would have been fine if it weren't for the whole teen heartthrob deal. Honestly what happened to him makes sense. At a young age he's catapulted into a millionaire lifestyle with zero accountability and religiously dedicated fans. He basically could do what he wanted and it's not entirely his fault that he went off the rails. Someone should have been trying to advise him and control him and keep him safe. It's a wonder nobody's gotten hurt (except for the #cut4beiber crowd but that's a different story altogether. Either way this is what happens to child stars. They try to separate themselves from their former identities and end up a train wreck of a person. I really am not surprised by everything that's happened, as much as it's terrible. He's being a horrible role model, as is Miley Cyrus. When kids still look up to you, you have to behave like a good human being. The word you are looking for is /b/, the Random board that the rest of 4chan despises as a cesspool in the living room. I hardly doubt that /ck/, the 4chan board about food, cares about hashtags and the crawling and the skin with the wounds. As for the second part of the question, the #cutforbieber thing was indeed a hoax, alongside #baldforbieber which was significantly funnier.
