Though, his "speech" was reminiscent of my old Boys' Group counselor at my high school, so at least that was kind of fun.

What did I just witness?

He was later found fleeing the scene and climbed the tallest structure he could find. Police arrived on site where they used a squadron of remote control biplanes to distract him as officers approached from behind where then he was taken into custody.
