Jeroscope
A friend of mine bought me Space Engineers on Steam, and after about two days, I made this. Oh, and I came back early. A week was all I needed.
Gestalt
I gotta say, you kept me. Not the biggest fan on numeric rating scales, tho, If you insist...I would consider ratings based on evolving arbitrary units, say, chickens this week. This weeks game in gets 8 outta 5 [random-adjective] chickens.
Jeroscope
Projared does something like that. He called SimAnt an Antfarm out of ten. Im going to use Star Fox music for the performance of the game. Awesome to Legendary will be Course Clear Space Okay to Great will be Course Clear Planet Black Hole Map will be Bad Black Hole will be BURN IT WITH FIRE As for the actual scale, I'm not too sure. Here's my thought: Legendary <- This is saved for titles that can bear the test of time, like Half Life 2 and Star Fox Awesome <- Games that earn this are a definite buy but may not last more than a few months. Battlefield is a good example. Great <- This is a game thats worth the buy in most causes. Space Engineers fits this. Good <- These are worth at least buying on sale or playing once. Foul Play is a good eample. Meh <- This one is really a toss up. Its not incredibly worthless but its nothing fantastic. Bad <- Dont buy it. Its bad, but at least its playable. Aliens Colonial Marines fits here. Horrible <- Its just barely playable. Star Trek the Game belongs here. BURN IT WITH FIRE <- THIS IS TOURTURE. SONIC 06 = prime example
Gestalt
Yeh, but maybe consolidate the tiers a bit more, say. You can expound on whether the game falls in upper/lower extremities of each particular bin.
Scourge
You appear to be going for an editing style similar to that of Jontron... which begs the question: why would I not just go to Jontron for videos Ya kinda cant have this internet celebrity thing you seem to desperately want if you just copy other people and do exactly what they do. You need to have something that nobody else has, otherwise, they'll go elsewhere. Also: rating systems... really? I thought we were past these. Jeroscope
If thats seriously your only reason for not liking the video then lets think about it this way: I dont like Star Wars cause it blatantly copies Star Fox. I mean, they both got ships and are in space. Granted, me not liking it was a lie, but thats serioisly what you just sounded like. Yes, it was JonTron inspired. That isnt a problem. Something can have a similar style of editing. That isnt a crime or worthy of being downmarked. If its enjoyable then i dont care if it rips off anything. Hell, it could be better than the original in some cases like the deal with Toy Story and the Raggedy Anne movie, but I digress. If the video is enjoyable, thats all that matters. I made it because I wanted to and because Space Engineers is awesome. Aside from that, and this is an edit, by the way, If anyone wants to help on working on the Great Fox that'd be greatly appreciated, no pun intended. I'm still trying to flesh out the skeleton and some sides still arent as angular as I'd like them to be, so if you want to provide some assistance, please do!

Snys93
I wonder, will your reviews be only centered around games for Steam or are you gonna do platform games?
Jeroscope
I dont have any consoles if that answers your question.
Snys93
Okay, so just Steam. I got a Steam account recently, but my compy lacks space and funds to buy games is slim. When I get enough I'll buy Space Engineers
Jeroscope
Space Engineers is a bit taxing on system performance, but it works. Im going to make a list of low performance games at some point and do a top ten.
