Fellow tumblr and outlook users please help

I don't receive any emails from tumblr at all and I've added their no_reply to my contacts. I can't access my account and I'm getting zero response, because I do not receive their emails. Anyone else had this issue? What did you do to resolve it?

 

For the record, I use outlook and I've read that tumblr generally associate that with spam and therefore block it on occasions. But I don't know what's happening right now, I've been able to contact them before.

Tumblr's SMTP server can't possibly know what E-Mail client you use. More likely, it is Outlook's spam protection that catches them.

Who is your E-Mail provider? Do they have a webmail client? I'm wondering if your mail host's server thinks it is spam and is doing something like putting into a server-side spam folder.

I'm using Microsoft Outlook, that's really all I can say. I had an issue like this with livejournal as well but that resolved itself after I emailed them. This just doesn't seem to be working out at all.

By Outlook do you mean http://www.outlook.com ?

Yes but it's okay! I just got an email right now, after I wrote to them saying "by the way I'm not receiving any emails from you" and although they gave me no explanation for this, they did send me a link that I can fix my account with.
