<333333333333333

SO MUCH!!!

;^;!!!!

<3

I DON'T EVEN KNOW WAT TO SAY.  ;^;!

I AM NOW BUYING A WII U (AS SOON AS STAR FOX GAIM IS ON WII U AND HOPEFULY THERE WILL BE LIMITED EDITION STAR FOX WII U BECAUSE I WILL BUY INSTANTLY).

;^;!

I can't wait to see more/hear more about this as it develops.  I'm not too sure about the whole "aim with the gamepad" thing though, I've never been able to get around with controls like that.  But we'll see how it goes, it might work as the gamepad has a screen, which has always been my biggest issue when trying to aim in games which used the Wii remote to aim separate from walking around, was that I lost track of the targeting thingy.

I am in literal tears right now. My best friend and boyfriend told me and I screamed both times...I was on the edge of my bloody seat!

I just hope this won't be a huge gigantic love letter to purists of Starfox 64...Because I like Adventures and Assault so much more.

I don't remember there being helicopters or co-op robots in SF64 so I think we're safely out of purist territory.

It took me every ounce of restraint not to start screaming and jumping for joy when I saw this, because I was at work and was not supposed to be on my phone looking at the internet. XD

Time Magazine published an online article that seems to have spoiled a couple of announcements!

IT IS REALLY HAPPENING! STAR FOX IS COMING TO WII U!

This really looks like a tech demo, meaning the game is likely very early in development.

I hope traditional controls are still possible, as I'm not a fan of motion controls for flying games. But this new hovership and robot idea is intriguing and has an interesting Star Fox 2 vibe.

Does this mean we'll get some new members who will actually stick around for more than a couple months?

Hopefully they do and if this new Star Fox installment has online multiplayer then expect a couple of more new members.

It seems that, as much as we desire to see good footage of the pre-alpha demo the pre-E3 journalists witnessed, looks like Nintendo are not ready or willing to show any more than they had teased. In fact, there is now a brand new official video which talks about Shigeru Miyamoto's current projects, including "Project Giant Robot" and "Project Guard" alongside the new Star Fox game, and we barely even see any footage of the Star Fox demo then, even as we see some people were actually playing it. Watch the video below.

I almost regret selling off my Wii U..... ah, heck, who am I kidding, I don't regret it one bit.

But I will be buying the Wii U again when Star Fox Wii U comes out, assuming it doesn't deviate too much from the original premise.

However, I am concerned about it being 'episodic'. Does this mean it's going to be installments as download only? I'm not sure I like the sound of that.

Episodic gaming is basically this:

Shorter games

lower prices

released more frequently

Wether or not it'd be download only, who knows, I imagine if they did do this, they'd make a buncha episodes, put em up for download one at a time and when they have enough episodes built up, release a disk version with said episodes.

It seems that some IGN journalists got their hands-on the Star Fox tech demo as well.

Man, those guys were so enthusiastic and optimistic. Thanks, IGN guys.

Also, "on-rails with even more cool stuff" praised be Miyamoto

Best reaction to this game I have seen so far. Sums up my feelings exactly.

Used copies. Didn't buy at launch. Not a true fan.
