Steam in signature?

I noticed how some people have special items in their signatures that tell their Steam status, and when you click on one, it takes you to their Steam profile. Can someone please tell me where I can get one of these? Thanks!

Yeah, so SF-O doesn't have something that automatically links to your Steam profile, so you gotta do it manually. (There's a plugin for that, and it would be kinda cool if we had it, but whatever.)

But fear me not! It is actually quite easy!

For starters, go here, and generate a signature image for yourself. You've got a couple of choices.

Here's an example of mine:

Next, grab your Steam profile.

In your signature, embed the image (Turn on BB Code and type )

Ok, so to link your profile, grab your Steam link.

Example, mine is http://steamcommunity.com/id/lchidi

So, do the URL BB code,

your text or image here

Add your Steam profile URL to the code. In the middle (Your text or image), you'll add the BB Code for your image.

It should look something like this:

 

So, now you have:
