StarFoxfan-FUR_ever
I must admit, I had to read those pages in Pepper's SF64 voice Absolutely love what I see so far, the build up towards the main story will be worth it I can already tell.

DZComposer
If you want to throw something in the face of those "They're amputees" people, dig up scans of the Itoh comic. Both Falco and Slippy are shown with real legs. Falco is shown when Pepper is talking about Fox's past, and Slippy is shown in a bathtub in the first class cabin on the spaceliner. It's something people assumed because of the puppet design from the original art style. I've been searching for any canonical justification for the claim for over a decade and I cannot find it.

Layeyes
FARA PHOENIX SF1 GENERAL SFLL UPDATE. SOoooo thus far we have released the First 12 pages of the SF1 Arc Prologue and looking to jump platforms from Tumblr to a Website. At the moment I've generally have laid down some ground work and bought a Domain for the site doing some work in that aspect. Trying my hand at Webdesign "I’ve thrown together a currently blank slate comic reader on The Duck Webcomics (formerly Drunk Duck). the pages are available here in full resolution and in a proper readable format. we’ll make shit look pretty over the course of the week." ~Fishman With that being said pages will be updated on both The Duck and the new site. Tumblr will just have a news feed link on the Page Update. However new concept and art will still be displayed on the tumblr. but for now we are going to work with what we have and see how it goes. READ SFLL Hope you enjoy the pages thus far and we would love to hear your feed back and comments.
StarFoxfan-FUR_ever
The more recent updates actually reminded me of something I always wondered about as a kid when it came to the weapons on the arwing. The twin lazer upgrade seemed to consist of two separate parts being attached to the bottom of the arwing, which you explained very nicely in the comic, however once this is done why would the initial single-lazer be disabled? When you lost your lazer upgrade in SF64, it seemed that from a technical perspective, they would have redirected power automatically to the single-lazer. EDIT: I guess my question really should be, why not utilize all three lazers at the same time?
TCPeppyTc
Gotta love how you chose to give Peppy an actual fighting/action role and not just have him be a retired old man. That hasn't really been the trend in most fanfiction, so good on ya for that!

EDIT: I guess my question really should be, why not utilize all three lazers at the same time? well for the comic, the Arwings would still have to modulate it's fire power, meaning stuff like over heating or core engine blow out are sort of a thing. but yeah I mean Twin and Single laser are sort of more of a preference than one being overly powerful than the other. however Hyper would be something of a Hyper attachment, perhaps temporary than a permanent thing (due to similar reasoning with hyper fire power tend to burn out the attachments yada yada) Gotta love how you chose to give Peppy an actual fighting/action role and not just have him be a retired old man. That hasn't really been the trend in most fanfiction, so good on ya for that! yeah dude of course I mean I'm a huge James Fan and well.. we feel that if you ride with the legend you must be legend yo self. Peppy however should be well verse in pretty much the merc bussiness. from the ground up he (as well as Pigma) should be on top notch capabilities. Layeyes
WELCOME FARA PHOENIX For the Character that wasn't going exists initially. She Arrives in our recent Webcomic Updates (Assuming that everyone on this site knows who Fara Phoenix is, She's a character from the 1992 SF Comic) Welcoming the Freshen Character "Fara Phoenix" on to the Ranks of major Characters in SFLL. We decided to deck out her character story quite a bit As she debut in the SF1 Arc of SFLL. the Young Test Pilot has had a fresh work in character developement and Story. One character in particular that will have story connection to the StarFox Orgins (SF0) Story, and has been brought back from the depths of SF Comics "FATHER PHOENIX" But in SFLL is now With his exsistance we extended his character to be directly involved in "Dr Beltino's Toad" Work the Arwing Project. Being in a family of very prosperous wealth and bussiness. as well as Military Development Kit was just a man in line to set things in motion, with the vast wealth and bussiness in hand, The Arwing was able to see the light of Day in it's Development. Due to his involvement in the Arwing's Developement, as well as it's Failure. Fox and Fara shared a bit times as childern. however, due to the Failure of the Arwings Mass Production, Dr Phoenix left the Military Manufacturing company selling his share of Space Dynamics to Dr. Beltino Toad. However he is still in close relations with his Colleague Beltino and often from time comes to direct finances for the company as well as go over Political aspects of the Lylat Council. During the time where Beltino is kept close on hand to keep the Arwings maintenance, for the only Flight team that can Pilot them, The Original StarFox Team Uses one of Beltino's Islands Hangers as a HQ for the teams Operations. Having Young Fox McCloud left in the Care of the Toad family while the team deploys on Days to weeks long missions. with Occasional visits from Dr. Phoenix one can imagine the ammount of time the 3 had spent. Of course, things have definately changed since the tragic incident of James Death. For Fara's Appearance in SFLL she will hold a great story role in the series in my opinion. we want to do some very interesting with her in combat, as well as her influence on the characters of the early comeback Star Fox team, and her further career in Corenerian Army. (idk she could just die but... that's mean) But yeah that's just our feed on the Series and the Fara Phoenix Comic Appearance.
CrypticQuery
It's always good to see more of Fara Phoenix; her character was terribly underutilized.
Layeyes
It's always good to see more of Fara Phoenix; her character was terribly underutilized. Yeah there is a lack of Female characters in the series. and the ones that do exsist are a bit underutilized indeed. as well as other characters but it interesting to see all this content on characters and what a bit of messing around with story can do for the series. Idk I'm not saying I'm any good at writing, just that it's pretty fun to breathe some new life in these animals and their space adventures.
T3k0
Layeyes, thank you for your effort in the creation of this Star Fox comic. You guys are certainly breathing new life into the Starfox series. Layeyes
MIYU LYNX & FAY Been going down and illustrating cast members in StarFox started to running down the Female cast members of SFLL. we currently have a total of 6 main Female character in contrast to the 12 males however there's some new ones but more so I'd like to introduce the SF2 Cast members MIYU LYNX Well versed in Military experience, Miyu applied to be a member the Star Fox team at it's most established state, Star Fox having gained a solid reputation. Miyu's credentials was well met and with high marks, She landed employment as a new operative of the Star Fox team. Being a very stern and determined person, Miyu carried a direct and professional attitude, With sights on improving and getting the job done Miyu excelles among her peers as one of Star Fox's most effective operative.. FAY SPANIEL The youngest member of the StarFox team she stands outs to be one of the most energetic and outspoken member of the StarFox team. Upon being recruited Fay shockingly demonstrated great skill and ability. Although even with a mysterious past and origin, the decision on making her a member was a call by Peppy Hare. Fay carries herself round as a very curious and childlike operative. Can be very cheeky however, when the time come she hesitates not to get the job done. To much surprise she shows great potential earn her right as being one of the teams most reliable and the most effective operative.
Koroshi
Someone needs to make a TVTropes page of this.
InfinitySquared
Not sure how the authors feel, but personally, I prefer the air despise TV Tropes, and I'd hate to see them clamor onto this. All they do is list out things you see in media without actually explaining why. No meanings, no author trademarks, no insight, nothing. A friend of mine said it was like coming across a perfectly dissected raccoon in the woods, with every nerve, organ, bone, and tissue neatly labeled, albeit with no explanation of function. Informative, but creepy and inhuman. A temple of the crappier parts of autism, even (absolutely no offense to anyone reading who does have autism, just commenting on the obsessively categorical but low-depth nature of the site). Also, people put sex tropes on already overanalyzed kids' shows. That's just no. Nope nope nope nope nope. And the users, good Lord, what a cesspool of hugboxy creeps that make r/mra look like sane human beings.
Layeyes
HAPPY EASTER EVERYONE. Whipped something up in the spirit of the moment, bunnies and eggs and all. Also in light of looking over Jame's McClouds Story once more and just reminded the impact his death in the series, as well as in the games Pigma and Peppy as characters, showed too little of what went on in the past. Weather Pigma betrayed the team at some point in spite of what took place in the Recon Mission at Venom. Or something entirely more complex. This recent update there's been peaks at the event. and looking to reveal more during the SF1 arc. Overall I want to close thing up with Pigma's dark past of a story. to some illustrate something that's eventful as the Mystery of Jame's Death. (Recent Page from the comic) But there's that. been while but just here to say thanks and check out the comic XD However the Comic is Planning on releasing the Rest of Chapter 2 in it's next Update. as well as some other announcements. Thanks for reading and all the support UuU -Layeyes
