Hope(N Forever)
Masahiro Sakurai, in case you did not know him, is the head director behind the upcoming crossover fighting game(s) Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo 3DS and Wii U. Sakurai is known to publicly post, usually on a daily basis, new screenshots from the title's development in the Director's Room of the Super Smash Bros. Series Miiverse community, and later on the official website, in attempt to inform and/or tease the fans until release day(s). Earlier today, Sakurai posted this new entry in the usual community, revealing that the Wii U version, at least, will have a new Star Fox-based stage that includes the Great Fox mothership. Now, previous titles in the series always had stages which included the Great Fox, although in Super Smash Bros. Brawl particularly it only appeared in a Classic Stage. In any case, whereas the previous games featured the Great Fox from 1997's Star Fox 64, this is the first time the featured Great Fox is based on its design from 2005's Star Fox: Assault, which by the way was a game Namco helped develop. (In case you didn't know, the new Super Smash Bros. game is being co-developed with Bandai Namco Games.) This new stage's official name remains unknown for the time being. Will Sakurai ever confirm any more Star Fox characters though? Do you suppose there will be Star Fox-based stage in the Nintendo 3DS version as well, most likely based on Star Fox 64 3D? In any case, discuss what do you think of the new stage with the Assault-based Great Fox?

Also >Assault models Oh freaking joy....*sigh* looks like Star Fox is going to have the weakest representation in this out of all the Super Smash Bros. games.
