Basically, I want to see any videos you've got where the music and scenes fit perfectly together, especially when it's not originally made for each other.

 

Here's what I mean:

 

This one is a mix up of a bunch of anime scenes set perfectly to a bit of music.

Oh yeah, how could I forget to post this, which isn't lessened by the fact that it's a professional version of the idea. Each group dancing in the video is doing it to a different instrument used in the song.

So I'm pretty sure this fits in here. 

 

For a long time, Pink Floyd's album Dark Side of the Moon was said to mesh almost perfectly with The Wizard of Oz, so I'll just leave this here

That one came to mind for me as well, Kage, but what I'm really looking for is feats of editing or choreography as opposed to thinks inadvertently matching up.
