How to Steam on Twitch From An Android Device?

Hey, I was wondering if any of you guys knew how to stream on Twitch from an android phone with sound and voice/mic and all that. I wanted to do some Starfox 64 runs, but I don't have a capture card for my n64, and I don't have a controller for my PC. I do have one for my phone, and I guessed it would be best to stream from that.

Nine years later and you finally can. There should be a stream or broadcast button in the Twitch app.
