Terramax
Heya, I don't suppose any information has been shed on what the supposed co-op mode will entail? When I heard this was predominantly a single player experience, my heart sank. I've always enjoyed the series most for its multiplayer. However, this co-op could be its saving grace for me. Supposing we don't know anything about it right now, what would people be most interested in? Do you think the game will have two ships flying the same linear path the whole time? What if a ship slows down or speeds ahead of the other? Or maybe it'll be more akin to Sin & Punishment 2, where one controls the ship, while another just controls a secondary aiming and merely shoots at stuff. That would suck. Another idea would be the player takes control of what is usually an ally A.I. during certain segments i.e. the all range sections. Final thing to note is, considering this game requires the tablet to play correctly, I'm guessing this might be online multiplayer only.

The VGM Lover
Yep. They did say, I've heard, that multiplayer isn't out of the question yet. But remember how the first SF game didn't have it, and I'm pretty sure SF 2 didn't have it, but of course, later on, SF64 got praise, I think, for it's multiplayer system, BUT, Star Fox as a series never had Co-op before. It would be fresh, it would be new, and it would be awesome. You know what, yeah, I want it too, but I'm perfectly fine without it just the same. I'm getting it no matter what, 'cause I've waited far too long for another SF game anyways.Speaking of which, you know Jurassic World? 13 days after release, $1 Billion, according to CHCH! The reason? It's been too long, I think... Edited June 24, 2015 by amcintyr9998 The usual... missed a word.
Terramax
Yeah, I know the first games were single player. But I never liked the first Star Fox very much.Co-op is ok, but I want to play this series with multiple people. As far as multiplayer goes, there aren't really that many games that play like Star Fox's MP.And whilst some of the maps were huge, Assault's locations were beautiful and, once you memorised the maps, were incredibly fun to play around in.
Giladen
Star Fox Assault's levels were shoddily designed at large. Only the Asteroid Belt can be called a cut above the rest. And it was on-rails. The multiplayer hardly makes up for the singleplayer.Assault was SF's Shadow the Edgehog. I wouldn't be surprised if the on-foot shenanigans were forced onto Assault's developers. Edited June 25, 2015 by Giladen
