Reaching an elevator on the fifth floor, Shepherd stepped in and pressed the button to the floor where the infirmary was stationed. It was a good thing she had opt-ed to explore and memorize the ship in lieu of socializing with the ship's crew before they reached Macbeth, Shepherd was navigating the place with ease. Idle thoughts of getting to know the member's of the ship better crossed her mind as she waited for her elevator ride to end. This time however, she didn't immediately dismiss them, the crew showed that if nothing else, she could rely on them... Heck, even Sandor proved useful, if a bit destructive.

A sudden jolt stop followed by a soundly 'ding' pulled the vixen from her pondering, so she stepped out.

It was with a small groan that Renard had finally stirred. He felt like he had chugged an entire bottle of Koyusei Dizzywater the day before and felt much akin to being severely hungover.

" W-water... Please..." He said, calling out to the blurry shapes around the infirmary, rubbing his eyes and trying to gain as much of  his faculties as naturally as possible

Zefran felt bile rising in the back of his throat at the description. That sounded absolutely horrifying.

"Ah..." He laughed nervously, "I think I'll take your word for it. Greasy foods aren't really my thing."

The doors to the lift opened, and he stepped out.

"Time to see if my guess was right."

----

"Well I'm sure that suits you just fine for all your wealth of knowledge." She rolled her eyes in sarcasm, "But this is not an everyday occurrence for the rest of us normal folk in Lylat! There's a line between protecting interests and withholding information most of us follow, but noooooo! You're Star Tiger! We can just tote that line wherever we want to save face, can't we? Must be nice having all the suits in Corneria backing up this good ol' boy operation of yours."

Bohdan and Korben noticed Renard's pleas for water. Bohdan motioned to Korben with his head to quench Renard of his thirst. Korben dashed to get a bottle of water sitting on a shelf opposite of the infirmary beds. He hurried to Renard's side and slowly and carefully poured the water into Renard's parched stomach.

"Alright, then," said Pawel, stepping out of the elevator and into the corridor. After a few moments of walking, Pawel saw a red flame encircled by a white circle on a door. This was the Ogniemite symbol for medic, doctor, or medical aid in general.

"Ahh..." Pawel raised his eyebrow, gesturing to the symbol on the door. "I guess your're right. Come on, watch me get grilled by my cousin."

Elizabeth arrived at the deck containing the armory via the elevator. Sandor, too, was with her, but declined to follow, instead returning to the infirmary to check up on the magic man.

The secure doors to the armory were protected via palm and iris reader. Elizabeth placed her right hand and right eye on the detectors to the right of the door, and a green light shone on the readers. The door opened, and Elizabeth entered. The door closed behind her, locking itself once again. In the armory was a forest of gun racks. They were all filled with various assault, light, heavy, support, marksman, automatic, semi-automatic, and compact blasters of all shapes and sizes from various Lylat and extra-Lylat nations. Elizabeth took a Gallic broadsword hanging from a melee weapons rack, and placed several sensors on the blade. She then went to a door with a rack containing several vests with sensors on it. Putting one on, she stepped through the door and into the practice room, and unhosltered her blaster pistol, an H&J Mk. III, the newest sidearm adopted by the Black Guards of Corneria. Its greatest asset was its high capacity and stopping power.

The practice room consisted of a patted floor with several elevation variances throughout, ranging from shallow to steep inclines. Choke points and barriers for cover were plentiful.

Elizabeth loaded it with a fresh magazine of holo-ammo, cocked it, and activated a console located beside the door, with ten holographic targets appearing throughout the room. The somewhat pixelated, light red holograms took on the appearance of soldiers of the Császári Magyar Hadsereg (the Imperial Magyar Army), or CMH.

Elizabeth shouted "Gotowy!", Ruthenian for "Ready!" The holograms then activated, and proceeded to open fire with holographic projectiles. If they managed to 'hit' Elizabeth's sensors, then the session would end in failure for her.

Elizabeth ran behind a column, and popped out to return fire, hitting two of the holograms in the head. The rest of them, shouting in Magyar, scattered, forming two four-man teams. Team two proceeded to pin down Elizabeth with suppressing fire, while team one split into two pairs, and flanked Elizabeth. However, she unveiled a hologrenade, and threw it at the first pair of team one. The grenade exploded, eliminating both holograms. She then rolled behind a small barrier, barely evading fire from both team two and the remnants of team one. She returned fire again, hitting one of the team one members in the chest, neutralizing him. The surviving team one member merged with team two. They began a fire and advance tactic.

Elizabeth was constantly pinned by their intense fire. "I should've brought a bigger gun!" she said. The team leader of the holograms shouted orders in Magyar. Elizabeth could barely make out what he was saying. She managed to pluck the words "fire" and "move", but other than that, it was totally unknown. She ducked behind another barrier, shooting wildly. She managed to hit the surviving team one member in the leg, wounding her. Two other holograms tended to her 'wounds' as the rest kept the fire up. However, one of their blasters jammed, and Elizabeth capitalized by shooting him. The hologram went down, and was neutralized. There were now four holograms remaining.

Elizabeth had one more hologrenade, and decided to use it. She threw it into the cover being utilized by the holograms. Three ran, while the wounded fourth used her 'body' to shield the others from its 'blast'. This sacrificial lamb was neutralized, but the remaining three moved in for the kill. Elizabeth, running low on holo-ammo, blindly fired, managing to hit one and neutralize him. There were now two hologram Magyars left. Suddenly, the sound of a sword being drawn from its scabbard pierced her ears. She, out of ammo, revealed herself to find that both holograms drew holo-sabers, and were ready to attack her in melee combat. She drew her own broadsword she picked up from outside, the sensors activated. The two holograms lunged their sabers forward, but Elizabeth parried their attack, and responded with a left-to-right slash, managing to slice one of the less careful holograms, neutralizing him.

Now, it was down to one-on-one. The remaining hologram began to fiercely make sweeping slices with his holo-saber, while Elizabeth dodged and blocked, the simulated clanging of steel echoing off of the practice walls. However, as Elizabeth attempted a downward strike, the hologram blocked it with his saber, then disarmed Elizabeth. He kicked her in the vest, and the vest applied the appropriate amount of force to knock Elizabeth down. The hologram stood over Elizabeth, ready to cut her down. However, she rolled out of the way, and the hologram's saber struck nothing but the ground. Elizabeth grabbed her broadsword once again and sliced the hologram's legs, causing him to fall down. She then plunged her broadsword into the hologram's chest, and the hologram emitted a guttural scream, and was neutralized. The holograms vanished.

Sesja zakończona, said the computer. Elizabeth, panting, exited the practice room.

HE nodded graciously to Korben once his headache and dizzy spell dissipated with his thirst.

" Thank you..." He said, slowly moving his way to disembark from the bed, sitting up. He felt a little self-conscious about healing himself with men of God around.

"Good ol' boys?!" Tiger shouted, "Good one, coming from a Macbethian cop, representative of the MOST corrupt law enforcement agency in the entire Lylat!  That's why I won't share it with you, you're probably one of those corrupt ones who will try to make a quick buck or something if only others turn a blind eye!  Why else fight so fiercely?!" Tiger had also pointed his right index finger at her to emphasize the point.
"Okay, okay!" Jeena shouted at them as she broke into the argument, getting between them, and attempting to push them apart with her hands.  This was going too far now that they were name calling each other. "Either you two break this up right now, or you break the obvious sexual tension between you two with a kiss?  Deal?"
"Say what?!" Tiger recoiled, "Jeena, how crass!"

Zefran walked in and immediately noticed Aura. He felt bad that she had to be restrained this way, but he understood why. She and Sitka had tried to abduct him only recently. He brightened up when he saw Bohdan.

"Um, hey, Bohdan?" He started timidly.

----

Boiling over with rage at Tiger's accusations, Laika had reached her limit. When Jeena stepped in, she only saw red. With a tightly balled fist, she reeled back and thrust it forward in hopes of colliding hard with his jaw.

A resounding WHA-CRACK! was heard due to Tiger's being distracted as he was made to stumble back.  Jeena looked at Laika with shock, as did Copper.  Tiger recovered, and rubbed his jaw where he was hit, it stung, but thankfully, it hadn't broke.  But it would bruise later, that much he was sure of.  Jeena was the first to break the silence. "What... the... actual... Hell?!" She said to Laika, "I know Tiger can be hard to deal with when he's mad, but did he really deserve to be assaulted like that?!"

Bohdan turned to find Zefran and his cousin, Pawel, enter the infirmary. He stood up and walked towards them.

"Hello, Zefran," greeted Bohdan warmly. "Your Katheeri friend is right there." He gestured to the still unconscious Aura, restricted from leaving her bed due to the energy shield. However, he had a more hostile approach with his cousin. "You and me. Outside." Bohdan dragged Pawel by the horns to the corridor outside. "What are you doing here?!" inquired Bohdan firmly but quietly.

"Hey, like I said," defended Pawel, "I'm on vacation."

"Vacation!" replied Bohdan in disbelief. "So, pointing guns at my friends is your idea of 'vacation'?!"

Pawel coughed. "Yeah."

"You are after Aiolius, are you?" interrogated Bohdan, his finger in Pawel's face. Pawel took great offense, slapping Bohdan's finger away.

"Stop bothering me," said Pawel, who attempted to walk back into the infirmary. Bohdan, however, stopped his cousin by the shoulder.

"I am talking to you, Pawel!" said he. Pawel, however, had enough. He grabbed Bohdan's forearm and threw him to the ground into the infirmary. He then unveiled the hidden shotgun on his right arm and aimed it at Bohdan's head. Korben immediately dropped the water bottle, took out his pistol, and pointed it at Pawel.

"Stop. Bothering. Me."

However, as Pawel said those words, he spat out blood from his mouth, which fell on Bohdan's face. Bohdan wiped some of the blood off. Pawel used his free hand to take some dripping blood and examine it. Suddenly, his eyes rolled into his head, and he fell down next to Bohdan, unconscious. Blood began flowing more freely from Pawel's mouth. Korben holstered his pistol and dropped to Pawel's side. He began using his sunglasses to scan whatever was wrong with Bohdan's cousin.

"Korben, what is wrong with him?!" Bohdan exclaimed as he sat up and concernedly looked at Pawel.

"Hold on..." said Korben.

Shocked by the sudden sequence of events, Zefran decided to move closer to Aura, which was as out of the way he could get. Korben needed room to work.

----

"He's a big boy. He'll survive." Laika smirked and shook her hand off to loosen it back up. She felt better now that that was out of her system, "I have some business to attend to, but I'll be back. Might wanna put some ice on that."

She traipsed off back out of the hospital feeling victorious.

Renard looked on with mild horror. He had seen more than his fair share of.... actually he had never seen anything like this

He debated expanding his healing to the entire room rather than just himself, ears twitching in thought

Tiger simply looked, not saying anything, just rubbed his cheek.  Jeena however, took some offense. "You know what you are?!" she called to Laika. "You are a grade A BIT-MMPPPHHHH!" She was cut-off by Copper shutting Jeena's muzzle forcefully with both of his hands.
"Let it go." Copper said, "People like her aren't worth it." He then let go of Jeena who gave him a glare, and then walked to the side a bit, and crossed her arms.  Copper then turned to Tiger, "You okay son?" He asked his leader and friend.
"Nothing a dermal regenerator won't fix..." Tiger said with a sad tone as he continued to rub his jaw where he had been decked. "I deserved something, though that was excessive...  Still deserved something for what I did..." Quite a passionate woman, equally as passionate as me, I must have really hit a nerve there... Tiger thought to himself.
"Well, I did try to warn you, but that's about as much as I'm going to say, knowing you." Copper said with a sad expression.  He knew Tiger was going to beat himself up over this for a while. "At least she's not going to press you any further for answers."
"She deserves some kind of punishment." Jeena said, not turning to face her team mates. "Unless it's a situation where weapons are drawn and/or their life is otherwise in danger, a cop should never be the first to strike."
"Even here, that's debatable." Tiger said to her, "Every day, and every encounter, a cop goes through life wondering if they're going to even come home.  Even here, she didn't know how I would react.  You could even justify her reaction..."
"Tiger!" Jeena turned around with a shocked expression, "Are you defending that female dog?!"
"I'm not saying I am, just giving her the benefit of the doubt..." Tiger said, "I should apologize to her if I get the chance, I guess..."
"No way, she just proved she's as bad as the other cops here." Jeena said, "You don't owe her anything, you would actually be in your right to sue her!"
"Well, that's good for your pettiness." Tiger responded, "Not for me, I'm not going to be petty.  I'll save my fury for those who deserve it...  The Chmielnickis..." Then Copper spoke up, while Jeena turned around and fumed with a whatever gesture of her hands a shrug, knowing that Tiger's mind was set now.
"Good on you son, you're the bigger Lylatian." Copper said to Tiger, "Whether Laika forgives you or not, you just apologize to her if/when you get the chance, and leave it at that.  Your father will be proud to hear this."
"Yeah..." Tiger said, his mind was wandering though, and not on the mission, though it was at the back...  His face showed this with the sad, even depressed, expression it now wore...

Hearing the commotion before she saw it, the cerinian picked up the pace until she neared a sprint, coming to the doorway of the infirmary just in time to witness Powel collapse. Her eye's drifted to Bohdan, then to Korben and his seemingly untouched blaster trigger... this wasn't adding up.

Taking a few steps back from the infirmary to allow those with more experience with medical matters, to do their job. If she was needed, they'd call for assistance but until then the vixen simply crossed her arms and put a hand on her chin. She didn't recall hearing a blaster shot, nor did it look as though the shotgun wielding dragon received any blade wounds, so the apparent injury had to have taken place before he came into contact with any of the crew.

"He did mention feeling unwell..." Shepherd stated in hindsight.

Korben scanned Pawel and discovered the source of his woes: massive internal bleeding and trauma due to several broken ribs scraping against and puncturing the tissue and organs surrounding them. Korben had to act fast, or else Pawel would bleed out on the floor. The beaver picked him up by himself and gently placed him onto one of the beds. He then rushed to a shelf containing medical foam. He found two syringes full of two liquids that, when reacting together in the body, created a foam that would help clot several internal wounds. He brought them both to Pawel's bedside. Korben also brought a syringe containing a sedative, and injected its contents into Pawel's neck. He would not be awoken by the pain of the following procedure.

Korben first injected one of the two components of the foam into Pawel's chest cavity, where, with his sunglasses' x-ray vision, observed the liquid drape over much of his cavity, including the three broken ribs and the damage they caused. Those ribs had scraped against both of Pawel's lungs and pierced areas of the surrounding tissue. Korben then injected the second component of the foam, and watch the two components combine into a foam. It covered most of Pawel's cavity, and enveloped the wounds. Korben breathed a sigh of relief as the foam started to clot the blood around the wounds. He then turned to Bohdan, who was now standing beside his unconscious cousin.

"Internal bleeding," explained Korben in his iconic taciturn manner.

"From the fall onto the cruiser," said Bohdan, remembering the time when Pawel caught Zefran.

"No, earlier," said Korben. "Earlier... accident." He said the second part very slowly, as to avoid stuttering, especially in front of the Cerinian, Shepherd, he thinks her name was. "Med-Pod," suggests Korben, gesturing to the myriad of Med-Pods at the far end of the room. Korben moved towards one of them, and activated its console. Korben had a basic understanding of Ruthenian, but its medical terms and jargon were beyond him. "Boss?"

Bohdan moved both himself and Pawel's bed towards Korben. Bohdan placed Pawel and his bed parallel to the Med-Pod of Korben's choice. He then walked to Korben's side, and saw the console in his own language.

There were two options: internal and external. Bohdan pointed this out, and Korben chose the bottom option: internal. Then there were many more options. These included such things as broken bones, organ damage, organ failure, internal trauma, internal bleeding, parasites, and viruses. From here, multiple choices could be selected. Bohdan translated each option, and from there Korben selected them: internal bleeding, internal trauma, and broken bones. The Med-Pod console had one final selection, based on the severity of the injury: mild, moderate, or severe. Korben chose 'severe'. The Med-Pod then opened with a hiss, and Korben gently placed Pawel inside, but not before taking off his jacket, and then his shirt, with his knife. The pod closed as it sensed Pawel's body being placed inside.

Bohdan and Korben breathed a shared sigh of relief.

"Good job, Korben," said Bohdan, patting Korben on the shoulder.

"No prob," replied Korben, nodding.

A few minutes had passed since the altercation between Tiger and Laika, and it's rather unexpected and violent conclusion.  Tiger had resumed watching Sitka, rubbing his jaw where had been decked.  Then he suddenly felt his hand pulled away and something cold yet soothing placed on his jaw.  He jumped a bit, only to be grabbed, and restrained a bit while having the cooling pad placed on his jaw by Jeena. "Stay still!" She said to him with a more nurturing tone. "Now, hold this, I requested one of the employees here get this for you.  It'll help the swelling, dull the pain, and with it's bit of tech, even begin healing what the dermal regenerator can fully fix." Tiger held his hand on it, and looking at Jeena, responded.
"Thank you." He said to her.
"Yeah, well, I don't like seeing you get hurt and/or being in pain." Jeena said, her eyes showing concern. "Even if you rightly deserve it or not, I don't like to see it.  You're my friend, Tiger, one of my close and best friends since the Lylat Wars.  Why don't you do something about her?" She was referring to Laika with that last word.
"Because," Tiger said, turning a bit to the side to observe Sitka again. "Revenge doesn't get you anything.  I should know, I've sought it, did nothing for me.  I also try not to let bitterness and resentment take root in my heart.  It takes one down a road they don't want to go.  It's best to just let it go, and forgive others.  That, I have found, is the way to healing."
"You really are the boy scout, aren't you?" Jeena asked.
"Heh, no, I wouldn't consider myself that." Tiger replied with a chuckle, "I didn't even make it to my first merit badge." At this, Jeena smirked.
"You can always talk to me any time you need it, pal." Jeena said as she walked up to him, and gave him a friendly hug from the side which Tiger returned.  It was simply a hug between friends, and nothing more. "Just try to be more careful, okay?  You're always telling me to watch my mouth, you need to set the example yourself."
"I will." Tiger said after they had broke the hug, and Jeena, with a more satisfied smile, stood to the side a bit and looked through the window to see Sitka again.  Tiger's words bouncing around in her mind about anger, bitterness, resentment, and words on the subject of hatred.  The sight of Sitka was currently triggering these feelings in her, and she realized she may be going that route Tiger warned against.  She needed a distraction to get her mind on more pleasant things.
"Hey, I'm going on a walk." Jeena said, "You gonna stay here?"
"Yeah." Tiger said, "Someone's gotta keep watch of that guy."
"Very well." Jeena said, "I have a few things on my mind that I need to get off.  A walk will probably help, especially if I find a good distraction.  You keep watch of the guest, pal." Jeena said as she started on her walk.
"And you keep yourself out of trouble, friend." Tiger replied, and then turned to watch Sitka again, holding the cooling pad to his jaw. "Boy, what a day this has been so far..." Tiger's thoughts again wandered, back to the incident with Laika, whereupon his face regained the expression of sadness it had before...

"Why didn't he say anything?" Zefran wondered aloud as he watched the Med-Pod work.

He had never seen anything so sophisticated in his life. Judging by how the others reacted, he had a feeling Pawel was going to be okay.

A soft hum caught his attention, and he looked over to see Aura stirring. Her eyes were trying to open and adjust to the light.

"Guys." He alerted the others.

----

Laika's mind was abuzz with questions as she drove back to the station. Just what business had Max had with that gunman? She had never seen him before today, but somehow they had met before. It wasn't just that. Her thoughts traveled back to the odd radio transmission they had received while out on patrol. How Max had so quickly dismissed it even though the one transmitting was clearly speaking to an officer. She couldn't help but wonder about Tiger's accusations.

"Dammit." She hissed as she pulled into the car lot.

She had some investigating to do. She hurried inside and up to the their floor where her desk was. Careful to ensure no one was looking her way, she grabbed her ID chip and inserted it into a slot on her keyboard, which unlocked access to her console.

She rubbed her chin in thought. Where to start? After a moment of thought, she decided to start with Max. She pulled up his record. It was fairly standard, a clean record, a recommendation or two from superiors. What was she hoping to find?

Something unusual caught her eye. Something in a recent recommendation from their current chief of police. She maximized it and read it through a couple times to be sure. In the brief paragraph written, the chief spoke of outstanding bravery in the elimination of a gang-related threat only hours ago. She was confused by this. He had been with her the whole time today.

Then it dawned on her. The transmission, the packet, the gunman, it was all connected. With Tiger's words echoing in her head, her fists clenched, and she began a more thorough search through other records.

Ren sighed as the bleeding issue was swiftly addressed by Korben, he'd take this time to mend himd himself while everyone was currently distracted by Aura stirring.

"Even stone is blighted by the rasping of the winds, Even stone is sundered by the gnashing of the waves, By Silvea's grace, my wounds be restored."

He recited the simple incantation under his breath as a brief glow enveloped him and restored his strength, hopping up from the bed to get a closer look at Aura

When everything seemed to be handled with out any need of her assistance, Shepherd push off the wall and turned to leave, but stopped when she heard Zefran call out. It sounded urgent enough for the vixen to set her bag against the wall and pop her head in the infirmary doorway to see what was up.

A slight smile appeared on her face for a brief moment when she followed the where boy's attention was focused, it looked as though Shepherd's decision to swing by the infirmary wasn't a bad idea. Not wanting to miss Aura's realization of how bad her snatch-and-grab plan ended up, the cerinian moved into the room and leaned against the wall by the door.

Bohdan and Korben heard Zefran's alerting call. The former told the latter to keep watch on Pawel's condition, which he did. Korben resigned himself to observing the Med-pod console. Meanwhile, Bohdan moved to Aura's bedside, where he gripped onto the hilt of his bastard sword, awaiting to be unleashed from its leather scabbard.

He looked down into Aura's eyes, which were peeking open.

Aura's vision came back slowly. The others looked like blobs silhouetted by the bright lighting of the infirmary. Voices were distorted, and she fought hard for a clear picture. After a few moments, she could see well enough to understand she was no longer on that dusty planet.

She tried to sit up but found she was frozen in place. She should have figured she'd be restrained after Sitka's rash display.

"Where is this?" She said finally.

----

Sure enough, after some digging through other records, she found similar discrepancies. Some were obvious, even more were a little more concealed, but there were officers magically taking credit for actions that they had nothing to do with.

Laika couldn't believe it. Tiger had been right all along. All those tumors were right on the money.

"Hey, Laika."

She looked up to see Max with that stupid smile on his face. All she wanted to do was smack it off of him.

"Our coffee date was interrupted last time. I was wondering if maybe we could give it another try?"

Laika stood bolt upright, eyes smoldering.

"Or...another time...maybe?" He shrank uncertainly.

"Fuck you, Max." She growled.

"Uh...what?" He looked around confused.

"You heard me!" She raised her voice, others looking on now, "You know, it's one thing to ignore bullshit when it comes your way, but it's another thing entirely when it turns out to be true. I have been made a fool for the last time!"

She ripped her ID chip out of the keyboard, swiped up her badge and tossed both across the room.

"Consider that my letter of resignation, asshole."

Without another word, she stormed out. Max was stunned only for a moment before he took off after her. "Laika, wait! Stop!" He followed her down stairs, through hallways and finally outside, "Sergievsky!"

Laika stopped at the base of the front steps. Her personal motorcycle waiting for her nearby. She turned around to face him.

"You are so full of shit, Max." She growled, getting up in his face, "I saw you at the hospital. Paying a merc to do your dirty work so you can take the credit!?" She kept her voice low.

Max looked like he'd seen a ghost. "You don't know what you're talking abo-"

"Don't!" She barked angrily, "I have served with this force proudly for years! Upheld the peace! Watched good officers, friends, die thinking they had done so for an honorable cause!" She could feel hot tears in her eyes, "I've put up wth the rumors, the treatment we receive because of it. And here I've discovered every last snide remark is true. I'm done, Max. I won't be a part of this."

She turned and left, her mind set. She donned her helmet, mounted her bike and kicked up the kickstand.

"One more thing." She glared back at him, "You're not my type."

She revved up the engine and took off. She could only think of one place to go. She needed to go talk to Tiger again.

Jeena was continuing on her walk around the hospital, and found herself outside.  She had walked by the Arwings, and inspected her Arwing, noting the self repair systems had come close to fixing the scar completely.  She had jumped into the cockpit to designate that little bit to not be repaired as a memento of today.  Satisfied it would leave only a visible scar that wouldn't leave the part compromised, Jeena jumped out, and landed in a pose Steel Man did in the second film.  She then got back to walking around, and now here she was at the front of the building.  She then sat on a bench in the front area, and took stock of her thoughts, looking up at the ship that was her home most of the time.  She knew that the team would be off again, the question was how soon, and whenever Pepper could get that Katheeri into their custody fully.  The Katheeri, that crazy guy who went berserk for seemingly no reason.  It didn't make sense though, most people have some kind of trigger, for her, she had many triggers.  But that guy, why?
Thinking on it only made her angry again, but she had to calm herself.  This was exactly the reason she had gone on a walk in the first place. "I really need to do something about this." She said, "I need to confide in someone...  Yeah, Tiger is a good listener, but I need another confidant in this..." She rested her head back, and looked up at the sky for a few moments.  She then closed her eyes to rest further, letting her ears do the part of watching out while she just rested.  Much as she wasn't enjoying the smell of the planet's atmosphere, she was at least finding some peace, focusing on the sky, thinking of being in the air and piloting her Arwing.  She hadn't realized she was actually starting to doze off.

"You are on my vessel," said Bohdan, still holding his sword's hilt. "Your actions when we first met dictated the restraints on you that we have set in place." Bohdan leaned further in.

"I have questions for you. We have questions for you."

Korben glanced over his shoulder to see Aura awake, but quickly went back to monitoring Pawel's life signs.

,Aura sighed, closing her eyes a minute. "And my bodyguard?"

"He went crazy after the explosion and started attacking the police." Zefran explained, "We couldn't risk it."

She groaned. "This isn't good. You should have left me on that planet."

----

Laika spent the rest of her day packing a bag. She wasn't sure how long she'd be gone, so she packed enough clothes to last a week and could be washed over. She also brought along her personal blaster and a small holographic single photo projector.

Satisfied with what she had accrued, she zipped up her bag, changed into civilian clothes of jeans, boots, a tank and a cropped jacket, and hurried back out. She took one last look at her house. She had a feeling this was the last time she'd see it like this. Knowing the department, they were likely to come by looking for her and would ransack the place. Sure that she had everything of value to her, she hopped back on her bike, helmet on, and took off towards the hospital again. She had a feeling someone would still be there watching over the Katheeri.

The sun was almost below the rises when she arrived. She carried her helmet and bag in with her to find Tiger or anyone else on that team.

"And why should we have done that?" interrogated Bohdan. His grip on the sword hilt was still firm.

Korben was both shocked and disappointed that Pawel's readings showed traces amounts of various controlled substances and other drugs, including heroin, PCP, and cocaine. He sighed, and glanced over his shoulder yet again to see Bohdan questioning Aura. He declined to share this information with him.

Elizabeth sat down on a bench in the armory outside the practice room, breathing heavily. She took off the vest and wiped the sweat off her brow.

"They even smelled like Magyars," commented Elizabeth.

Sandor was pacing back and forth in his untidy room, having discarded his shirt. Although his clothing articles were somewhat neatly folded or hung in his wardrobe, empty drink containers and bags were strewn along one wall of his room. His bed was almost never made, and therefore the sheets were greatly wrinkled, and the blanket balled up and stuffed onto one end of the bed. His two pillows were also heavily sagged, and reeked with his sweat. Other bodily fluids were present on the sheets, but were invisible to the naked eye.

Sandor muttered various prayers in Magyar, and his medallion was glowing. Suddenly, though, he stopped shortly before crushing a Larange soda can.

"I should see Renard now," said Sandor. He left his messy room, neglecting to put on a shirt. He walked down the corridor and went into the elevator. He went to the deck containing the infirmary, and walked down to the open doorway. He entered the room. "Did somebody say 'yoga'?" asked Sandor. He then looked to his left and saw the Cerinian Shepherd, her curves and bust catching his attention. "Hey there," he said, raising his head up briefly in a nod.
