And yes. Alot of the Eladardian have strange names, like Dwiezel. (There's going to a person who later appears named Morwenna)

I has new chapters. FEAR. =D

Chapter 41: Shears

Little brown and orange lizards scuttled across the ground, in and out of their holes. Every now and then, they'd rear up on their hind legs to look around, before running over to a stalk of grass, and nibbling on it. Soon, several stood up, before scampering into their holes for dear life. A hover bike tore over the grass, going at it's sop speed. Upon it sat Fox, with fury blazing in his eyes like a wildfire blazing in a forest. I'm going to KILL those bastards! How dare they lay a hand on Krystal... I just hope she'a alright... Within a few moments, he pulled over to one of the bases, and pulled out his gun. It had been the same base they had attacked earlier that day, and the place was in chaos. Soldiers were cleaning up the remains of downed fighters, while others were burying the pilots who had died. The vulpine drew out his blaster and a knife, and crouched low in the grass. How the hell am I supposed to get in? He desperately looked for an opening, and with Katina's large pale moon peeking over the grass, he was risking being spotted by the patrol. Fox sunk lower into the tall grass, his ears beginning to flatten back against his head. Oh come on.... "GAH!" The young reinard flinched, and layed his paw on his shoulder, which was now bleeding a bit. He turned to see a grey canine with blue eyes staring out at him, his blaster raised. "You'll pay for what you did earlier, McCloud. If you're become cold enough to kill all of my comrads, and nearly kill me, then you're no freind of mine." Fox gave a glance at his shoulder (which was barely scratched), and back at Bill again. "You've learned to aim, I see." He replied with a soft chuckle. "But still, it's a shame that I'll have to waste my time on you. Oh well, I've always been the better fighter anyways. I'll go easy on you." Bill glared at him. "Why you-!" The canid was cut off Fox rushing up, and slamming up upwards in the jaw. Bill fell to the ground, and wimpered. "ow..." Fox laughed and shook his head, before turning to run off. Bill sat up, and rubbed his jaw. "...Asshole."

Fox managed to find an opening in the patrol routine, and managed to sneak into the base by climbing into one of the hangars that had a window left open. He looked around, before taking off his boots and hiding them behind an ammunition box. He slipped in through a room, and slipped into the confides of the base. Shit. This is going to be even harder than I thought... Now where did they put her? Fox's ears swiveled around, listining for any sounds, and moved on, attempting to pry open one of the doors. His ears pricked up, and he turned. "What-AAGH!"

*BLAM!*

"...Hm, you made quite a decent intrance, McCloud. It took my patrols a few minutes to catch up to you before managing to net you with that gun of theirs. Oh well, you're going to be here until you decide to provide us with a little information. It could be a few hours, or months that you're trapped here, it's your decision on whether you're going to cooperate or not." Fox blinked and looked up to see a familiar Afgahn Hound staring down at him. "Shears. You're supposed to be dead." He snarled, his eyes gleaming furiously up at him. "Oh, I spent a few months in the hospital before I won favor with the Katinan Defence Forces. Now I'm in charge of this base, thanks to you. Oh don't worry, your girlfreind is fine. I locked her up in a lovely little cell, one of the cleaner ones mind you. Oh, and I think I'll keep your boots too. I'd kind of like to have them as a little reminder of your miserable defeat." He said, flashing a smile. "Now then, onto business. What is that army doing here, and what are you planning?" Fox attempted to struggle free, but could not, finding himself bound to a table. "I'm not telling you, you stupid son of a bitch." Fox snickered at his joke. The canid gave a scowl. "Well then, aren't we the cocky one. Guards, turn on the faucet! We'll see how you feel in a few days. Then we'll talk..." Fox scoffed. "A faucet, what's that going to do?" A drop of water landed on his forehead. The guards and Shears walked out. "Oh, you'd be suprised..." he said, as the guards slammed the door shut. Fox gave a sigh, and layed his head back, as another drop his his forehead. Damn...

Chapter 42: The Madman

Shears walked down a hallway, three other soldiers escorting him. As they approached a steel door, he pulled a keyring from his belt, and unlocked it. It had been two days since the canine was last in the room. As he slowly pulled open the door, which gave a metallic groan, the soft sound of hysterical chuckles echoed from within. "Hello, McCloud. Enjoying your stay?" A few more soft laughs came, and then a second voice sounded out. "Poor foolish mortal. Is that any way to treat your lord? What a shame, a shame... I can smell it, feel it... Again, again! I can hear it. Only time can bring it... Oh, mortal, what a shame. The flames shall wash away the tide, and the sky will penetrate the earth below! Oh, the blood that courses through me is dirty, but still good. Yes, good. A mortal shall not have his mind, no... Never again... Not a moment too soon..." Shears shook his head. "Poor bastard. He's completly lost it. Now we'll never get anything out of him. Ah well, best we put him out of his misery so I won't have to listen to his nonsense anymore..." He turned and nodded to the guards.

Meanwhile...

~~~~~
Damn it Fox, what'd you get yourself into? James stood outside the base, and pulled his hood over his face. The reinard closed his eyes for a moment, and slipped through the tall grass into the base. Poor kid, he's probably having a heart attack right now. I just hope he's alright...
~~~~~

The guards went over to the vulpine strapped onto the table, who simply remained calm, and stared into space. "Well, at least he's... No it's been rendered docile. All we have to do is get him out, and pop a few shots into him, and we won't have to worry." As soon as the last restraing was taken off, Fox sat up, looking around and cocking his head to the side in a funny manner. "Maybe I could just keep it as a pet instead." The Captain chuckled. The guards inched away from him slowly. "Sir... I think there's something wrong with it..." He looked over to find that the vulpine had clambered off the table, and was slowly inching towards them on his fours. A wild look flickered out from his eyes, which underneath, a pair of odd black markings, much like thick lines ran down from. He sat up, still crouched, and murmured "Lost... Yes, I am lost... tell me..." One of the guards pointed a gun down at the fox's head, and grumbled "Shut the hell up, you crazy bastard..." Before he could pull the trigger, Fox threw him onto the ground, and was making a wild attempt to strangle him. Shears, and the other two took off for a covercraft sitting near by while Fox finished digging his claws into the other's throat. "GO FASTER, DAMN IT! GO FASTER!" Shears barked at one of his guards, who started up the hovercraft as quickly as his hands could work. Fox, looked up wildy, and cocked his head to the side as the hovercraft sped off. He then took off as quickly as he could run on his fours.

~~~~~
James wheeled around, hearing the familliar whirring sound of a hovercraft. Oh thank, Tayammo. He's alright. He turned and glanced to see two guards and a frantic canid screaming profanities at the two. "...Oh hell." James whipped his blade up in front of him. "WHAT THE HELL HAVE YOU DONE WITH MY SON?!" His eyes blazed with fury, as his tail split into nine. Shears shoved the pilot out of the seat, leaped to the controls, and whipped the hovercraft away as quickly as he could. James turned, but it was already gone. He turned back to see a wild eyed fox with a wet forehead, and dark streaks under his eyes. "...Fox?"
