Kimber misses his shot and points at Kimber. "Your turn." He says.

Kosovo made his way into the church, walked down the aisle and drops to one knee, dedicating himself. He then begins to pray for forgiveness.

Sven was surprised when Elizabeth patted his leg. Turning his head so he could see her he spoke. "If that's an offer I may have to take you up on that. Besides, I think it would do me a lot of good to fix something rather than breaking things."

Simo had been drinking up on the roof of the meeting hall for the past few hours. He had decided to go inside. As he walked in he stopped beside the large dragon he found praying there. "They'll be back big guy. If I know Sven I'd be more worried for the safety of the enemy." He patted him on the shoulder.

Sandor regained the initiative and went on to pocket two more balls. However, he stumbled on the third when it fell short of reaching a corner pocket. "What?!" yelped Sandor.

Elizabeth looked to Sven, who was laying down beside her. She smiled, her warm, brown eyes staring into Sven's. She then returned her gaze back to the stars. "So, have you ever been in a relationship before?" Elizabeth asked.

Bohdan looked at Simo as he patted his shoulder. He then put away his prayer beads. Bohdan was done praying for now. "Come, sit," said Bohdan, gesturing to an open seat beside him.

Sven sat for a moment in thought. "No." He finally answered. "No, I haven't."

Simo sat beside the large man. "Your worried too." He said, almost certain he could smell the alchoal on his breath.

"Really?" said Elizabeth, quite surprised, with her eyes widening a bit. "A handsome soldier like you hasn't fallen in love with a beautiful woman yet? Impossible."

"Yes, yes I am," answered Bohdan. "I assume you suppress your emotions with drink?"

Sven chuckled a little bit when he heard this. "Nah," he began "haven't met the right girl yet. Although" he paused "I have met some rather interesting ones lately."

Simo nodded. "Yea, not to the point I get completely wasted though." He paused as he rubbed his face. "How do you deal with it?"

"Oh?" pondered Elizabeth, turning her head back to Sven. Now she had become curious. "Like whom?"

"I..." Bohdan began. He had never been confronted with this question before. He attempted to find the answer, but simply could not. "I am not good with dealing with it. The last time I lost someone close to me, I went into a bloodthirsty rampage. But now... I feel... shock. I... I cannot..." Bohdan decided to simply stop talking, as he could not find the words to describe his feelings. He simply leaned back on the pew, and sighed.

"Well" Sven said as he looked over at Elizabeth "there was a girl on the transport that I caught here, she wasent too nice honestly. A real tough gal though." He paused for a monent "and then there is one I met just the other day."

Simo understood what the large fellow was going through. "Here" he said as he reached into his coat pocket and pulled out a small metal and wood flask. "its not alcoholic, take a swig of that and follow me." He said putting it in his hand and walking up to the roof.

"Oh really?" Elizabeth sat up, looking down on Sven. "And how is this gal you met the other day?" She scratched an itch that developed on the back of her neck.

Bohdan drank some of the liquid in the flask. It tasted like berries and herbs. He followed Simo out to a staircase in the village hall which led to the roof. Bohdan glanced around the dark surroundings of the village, the streets dimly lit with dirty electric lanterns hoisted by the wooden doors. Almost all activity in the village square had died down, and there were few stalls still open, selling wares. "What are we doing here? Are we on the night watch?"

Sven now looked up at Elizabeth who had sat up and began to scratch the back of her neck. "She is tough, and from what I could tell she was nice, also" he paused as he pulled a piece of candy out of his pocket "it looks like she has a bit of a sweet tooth like me."

"Nah," Simo began as he looked over at the large fellow who had decided to follow him. "One of the villagers is." He put some distance between them and knelt down. "I'm gonna teach you something," he began as he knelt. "This may work for you and it may not." He eyed him. "I assume you took a swig from that flask yes? The mixture in there is supposed to help you relax. You pray right?"

"She does," Elizabeth said, realizing who Sven was talking about. "And... She's also taken fancy for the guy." Elizabeth smiled at Sven.

"Yes, I pray," Bohdan answered. "What is it you want me to do?"

Sven closed his eyes and grinned. "And now you know." He lay silent for a moment. "Word of warning ahead of time I'm not very good when it comes to talking to women."

"Do as I do and listen carefully. This is how my teacher taught me to calm my self." He took a deep breath. "Kneel down and put your hands on your knees and close your eyes. Take deep breaths. In through the nose, out through the mouth. Each time you breath out imagine everything that has happened leaving your mind untill its empty." Simo demonstrated wat he meant for a moment. "When you are done, your mind should be clear of distractions, and it may help you calm down and plan your next action. Now you try."

"It's okay," Elizabeth said, grinning. She noticed the fire was dying, so she placed some more stick in it to make it live longer. Elizabeth tended to it, and the fire roared back to life. She then went back to Sven. "I'm a very patient woman."

Bohdan listened carefully to Simo, and watched him like a hawk when he demonstrated. Bohdan nodded, knelt down, closed his eyes, and began breathing. In through the nose, out through the mouth. The first worry to go was Elizabeth's death. Bohdan's face subtly showed this, as the slight melancholic look on his face melted away. Next was Bohdan's worry about Sandor hurting himself: he would do that frequently. Bohdan suddenly felt calmer. However, no matter how hard he tried, the memory of him losing his family could not be dislodged. Bohdan began to struggle to throw away that meomry, and all of his emotions from that day bubbled to the surface. Suddenly, Bohdan roared as he shot up and unsheathed his massive bastard sword, ready to cut down an enemy that was not there. He stopped short of making a wide shoulder swing. He looked around his surroundings, and after finding himself back in the village, he put his sword away and stepped out of his combat stance. "Perhaps I am not ready for that yet."

"So" Sven asked sitting back up "What do you think of me?"

Simo was a little shocked when the man roared and whipped out a sword. He stood up and talked to him " Its all right, it doesn't all ways work."

"Not only do I think you're a good fighter," began Elizabeth, "but I also think you're pretty decent all-round. Your military cut shows, you've got a nice... toned body... your brown eyes... like mine... Your fur's nice and neat too..." Elizabeth examined Sven from head-to-toe, admiring the little things that added up to a good man. "So, I guess you retained everything you learned from the ACI?"

Bohdan exhaled sharply, his hands shaking. He balled them into fists to make them stop, which they did. Bohdan looked down onto Simo. "Well, at least most of my worries are off my chest..." he said.

Sven listened as Elizabeth spoke, "Thanks," he began once she finished "you look preety good your self" he said looking her over. He began to answer her question. "Yes." He paused as he took a sip of water from a bottle " They pound that stuff into your head for so long its as natural as breathing. Although now I won't ever need to use some of the stuff they taught us." He turned to face her. "Why do you ask?"

"At least it helped a little bit." Simo began "You able to think any clearer now?"

"I was just wondering," answered Elizabeth. "I'd remember my brother and I would sometimes try to sneak up on our granduncle: he was a former CFE (Cornerian Foreign Espionage) agent. He'd always know we were coming, even if we were completely silent. I'd also imagine him retaining his fighting skills. Can you imagine a 70 year old taking a grown man down like nothing?" Elizabeth laid back down beside Sven, cozily adjusting her position. "I wanna be that old and still remember a few moves. How about you?"

"I think so," said Bohdan. He groaned, and walked towards the ledge of the tall building. He sat down, his legs dangling off it. "Have you ever seen a dragon fly?" he asked to Simo.

"I'd like to remember some moves when I'm that old."Sven said as he laid back down beside her. "Teach some of them whipper snappers how its done." He turned his head to face Elizabeth. "You remember everything the Guard taught you?"

"No I haven't" Simo said to Bohdan who was now sitting on the ledge.

Kimber started getting restless. "Something's wrong." He said.

"Oh, yeah..." answered Elizabeth. "Even the Cain Move." Now, the Cain Move was a special melee attack developed by the Guards where one could completely snap an assailant's arm in two with a simple matter of leverage and force, as well as use the broken bone to nearly rip apart the assailant's arm. "I used that move to break my brother's right arm during training. I watched as he laid there on the mat, writhing in pain, screaming in agony, as he held the detached piece of his arm. The bone ripped through, and out of his skin, so it was exposed to open air. I just stood there, shaking. I thought to myself 'What did I just do?'. That's why he went to the hospital, and was booted out of the Guards." Elizabeth gripped her arm as she told the story.

Bohdan turned to Simo, who stood not far behind him. "Well, now you will have," he said. Bohdan then jumped off the ledge, rocketing toward the ground. However, before hitting it, he flapped his wings, and began to fly through the air like a proper dragon. He soared across the village sky, partially blocking out the full moon from Simo's position. After a short time of flying, Bohdan made a running landing on the roof. He straightened his white and black track jacket with attached hood draping his head.

Sandor raised his right eyebrow. "The drink must be taking effect..." he pondered.

"Huh they sell almost everything here." Tony was looking at the last remaining open shops before nightfall, "Ill have to remember what they got were in case it's needed for any of my projects."

"Wow." Sven said in surprise at Elizabeth's story. "I've heard of it, and we learned a more simple version of it."

Simo watched as Bohdan landed. "Impressive" he said "so what's it like?"

"Yeah," reinforced Elizabeth. She rubbed her neck to ease a discomfort there. The fire continued to crackle, and illuminate the duo as they laid on the warm ground. Elizabeth's bloody shirt laid beside her, and her bra was quite dirty, and slightly blood-stained. Her black combat pants were dirtied, as well, and stains of blood splattered it. "The Guards tweaked the move a bit to maximize its effectiveness. I guess it was too effective. You ever do something you regret in training?"

"Well," started Bohdan, beginning a long explanation of something Simo would probably never experience. "Having wings is like having another pair of arms. You can consciously or unconsciously move them, like so." Bohdan moved his right and left wing, outstretching them, in a demonstration. "And if you want to fly, you simply flap them repeatedly." Bohdan then flapped his wings, making him hover a few feet in the air. His wings then stopped, and he landed back on his two feet. "However, it can be quite tiring, flying for extended periods of time. But with training and exercise, one can easily fly for long distances or long periods of time." Bohdan approached Simo, and nudged him with his right wing. "Plus, I do not even have to use my arms if I want to get the attention of someone or strike them down in a melee."

"Oh yeah" Sven began as he looked up "You remember those rifles they had in infantry school? The ones that shot the chalk rounds? We were doing breaching practice. They left me out in the hall to pick off anyone who wasent a friendly. Well our CO decided to walk in just to watch, and he didn't call out that he was coming in. So I fired." He paused and slightly smiled "I shot him right in the nuts."

Kimber looks at Sandor genuinely.b"I'm actually starting to worry about your friend. She's been gone for a while. That and Emil hasn't briefed any of us."

"Venomians give you five  hours before they presume you dead. It's approaching that time."
