How did you preorder it? For me it says that it's currently unavailable.

Edit: Ah, never mind, apparently it's only available in on the US amazon. Does the US amazon ship to Scotland?

I've had some items shipped to Australia from US Amazon, so there is no real reason why they wouldn't. It depends on the item, some will ship and some will not.
