twonjosh
The developer in me wonders if they created that level from scratch or somehow took the old code( which was mostly assembly ) and re-engineered it. Either case I can't wait to play it.
Sol-Ratcht Saporro
^ My guess is the re-engineering of the code. They were able to do that for a lot of retro Ninty games. As you can see that ain't the only retro game in the mix.
Guest CerinianMage
I haven't played any of the WarioWare games ( ), but I was kind of surprised to find out that that guy was 9-volt after seeing this movie and his picture. Wikipedia describes him as a fifth grader, and in the game he sort of looks like a close-to-middle-aged shopkeeper. Did I miss something?

XD No, that shopkeeper is like the....how can I explain this....? The four kids on the bottom of the screen represent the number of tries you have and the shopkeeper is just explaining the control system for the next minigame. 9-Volt is nowhere in the picture, you just hear his voice going "Awesome!" or "You got it!" and "Heyyy...." Oh and that big dude next to him is 18-Volt. He's like 9-Volt but he got left back a couple....of hundred times. D:
Guest CerinianMage
So only his voice is featured... Ok, I get it now. That was pretty foolish of me! The four kids on the bottom of the screen represent the number of tries you have... Oh, I knew that! That was quite obvious! XD Dang, I really need to get this game... BooDestroyer
Oh, my bad up there! Didn't know whom you were talking about there! Well, that guy IS gonna appear in the game nonetheless. Just not in this stage, where only his voice is heard.
DZComposer
I highly doubt that those games were originally written in assembly. More likely they were written in a higher-level language and then compiled into assembly. I don't know a whole lot about programming, but I know enough to see that assembly is a REAL Bi... Uh... Bear to work in.
Ludvig11
Is that the Japaneese flag secretly in the background O.o? ... Seems nice, but faster then I expected it to be.
Sol-Ratcht Saporro
Huh? What're ya talking about? I don't see a Flag. But, its really Japanese vibes all over this game. So, yeah a flag would be typical. But remember the eleventh commandment.... THOU SHALL NOT HATE ON THE WARIOWARE!!!!
Ludvig11
I meant this.. but just asking.. would it be possible to get the Japaneese version (of almost any game in that case) even tough Lik-Sang got out of buisness?
Taco-Man
There *are* other sites like that. Play-Asia is the only one I know of, but I thought the Wii wasn't region free this time around. Or was that just about VC games?

Or was that just about VC games? Wii games are region locked. VC games are too, but apparently some people have managed to connect to the network through a remote connection, letting them download VC games from Japan with no problems. Haven't read the specifics, so don't quote me on that.
