Retrofuturistic starfox

Can anyone imagine the star fox franchise re-imagined in a 50's/60's retro-futuristic setting?

Like Fox and his team being depicted in a vein reminiscent of Buck Rogers or flash gordon.

And imagine games such as "Adventures" done in the style of those old serials. like those stories in which the hero lands on a less advanced planet and has to help them.

Yeah that would be very cool. Ofcourse when I read that I automatically picture 50's era tech, but still that does sound pretty awesome. What about a fusion of the scifi of the day and the technological advancements of that period?

oh and for the idea of a retrofuturistic reinterpretation of "Adventures" it would be done in a way that it would resemble those old pulp sci fi stories and comics/

I'm already doing writing for an AU like this, and have been for a few months. Maybe I'll post it. The original idea was to create a ridiculously over the top retro scifi AU, just for fun.

Don't worry, I'm learning my way around a few art programs. Also, you're kinda notorious in the fanart scene, and your style is very distinct.

The SNES Starfox already had a tinge of retrofuturism, I'd love to see it more overtly. Retrofuturism is one of my favorite aesthetics.
