DZComposer
It is Spanish. Feliz Navidad translates into "Happy Christmas." Feliz Navidad Feliz Navidad Feliz Navidad Prospero año y Felicidad That last line translates as "prosperous year and happiness." It was written by José Feliciano (whose name, ironically, loosely translates into "Joseph Happy Man")
Taco-Man
I've been taking Spanish, and "Prospero año y Felicidad" is in Spanish. "Feliz Navi da dos weno vano da des suda!" is not. So what is it then? Great song, but I don't hear it much. I'm more into songs by Mannheim Steamroller and Trans-Siberian Orchestra right now.
