Hopefully the Game will be also localized too even tough playing it in english wouldnt be much of a problem for me but still,

They did for StarWing once so why not doing it for Star Fox 2 too.

I had no idea that there was any work ever done on SF2 beyond what was in the leaked beta. I really can't wait to get an SNES Classic now!

I'm thrilled to hear this! From what I can remember the build of the game that's been built into the unofficial ROM supposedly differs from the final version in a substantial way, so it'll be neat to see the differences.

ALSO HOLY SHIT MIYU IS NOW CANON

MY WAIFU IS COMING TO LAIFU

Don't get too comfortable, they might change everything to fit the current canon. I maybe wrong and I hope that I am, most of y'all have been waiting for this moment and I do honestly hope it is all that you hope it to be.

I think you'll get the American versions of the game in Europe as well, so you'll have to play in English Star Fox 2 like you'll have to play Final Fantasy 3 (which is actually FF VI but do not tell America) in English.

Yeah, since there is no need for renaming it for us anymore as it was the case for 1993. However it could be at least translated tough. ^^

I guess they didn't want to include several versions of the roms inside the console, each containing their own language :(
Plus they chose the American version, which means 60Hz instead of our old 50Hz European versions. But yeah, I guess they could have made a slight effort and include the translations inside the European SNES classic, even just the already translated games of the 90s.

I hope there's some way we can get a look at more concept art or other material made during development. Maybe even bits of whatever plot they drew up.

Shigeru Miyamoto

This smug son of a bishop won't let you.

But honestly I hope they do...if they will let us.
