Lord O'Donnell
Now that you mention the name of the ships... This is a fact. The ship that Wolf ODonnell uses is the wolfen, in the DS the name of the ship is WOLFEN but in the manual is REDFANG. This is my opinion and information in the net. Far as I know the three ships of starwolf team are known as Wolfen, but each one has another name like if each ship has been customised by the character and thats why Wolf uses the REDFANG, or someone didnt change that in the DS when making the game. Anyone confirm this.
Lilacs
^ thats a common thing in games, when this are misspelled, not changed here but changed here. I have a game called Advance wars dual strike, if you play the game alot like me you will see boys being called girls, things like that. *digs out his SF-C mannual and reads it* same in mine it says Redfang. Inuyasha
Just to throw my opinion out there, rail missions make it a lot harder to ramp up a high kill-count; that's partially what I think made SF64 difficult. It makes it all a little more frantic, and makes the accomplishment all the more satisfying. It gives you a reason to feel you need to look at the ENTIRE screen at all times. All-range's cool, but I think it has its place, like rail missions do. I still think SF64 was the best one yet. -Inuyasha
Lilacs
Agree, I like All-range more because of having the freedom to move wherever you please.

All-Range mode is also plain to me. Rail is great for shooting down many minions, but all-range mode is great for aircraft bosses.
salmon45
All range and on rail missions are both fun. But I think on rail stages should appear more often then all range stages.
Lilacs
Another reson I like All-range mode over rails is that if an enemy goes of the screen you can chase after him, hunting him down like in a real dog-fight. But I agree with Syphe it needs to be colorful, not the same bad guys in a different location, I want more paths and hidden places and more, faster, stronger baddys. Sol-Ratcht Saporro
It's hard to come up with some acknowledgeble enemies now-a-days. But the ones they come up with are crap.

brotheroffalco
on-rails levels but all range bosses and dogfights (like star wolf and 1v1 duels) that's the best combo oh and one more thing :lolhyst:
