What would probably happen to Corneria if the following alien civilizations invaded Lylat?

Scenario A: A "friendly" visit from an alien race a little too obsessed with genetic engineering who had come down to say "hi" to them.

 

Scenario B: Humanity a billion years later.

 

How well would all the Lylatian factions over the course of the Games fare against these two civilizations?
