But you  must remember maybe assault lacked on some things, but what about command.

Few games are perfect. This game is quite flawed. But it's a decent game while it lasts. Some of the missions are relatively good. I liked the on-foot ones, but they should've had less of them. The on-rails ones were great in my opinion - all we needed for perfection was "Do a barrel roll". Multiplayer can be amusing as well.

So yes; I actually liked it. More than Command, anyway.

I thought Assault was fine, I thoroughly enjoyed the story and the gameplay, after playing much more advanced games, of course I am compelled to wish there was more to Assault, but I think that's probably linked more to my wishing I had a newer Star Fox game to play.

I enjoyed the game but I found it a little too short and easy. Absolutely hated the on foot missions. The controls are dreadful  Nice Arwing missions though.

I like Star Fox Assault as well, but I think it could've been better if it weren't so darn short.

That game was great...

BUT:

-It was too short and too easy

-I wish they had NOT brought back the Earthwalkers/Dinosaurs

-Star Wolf's crew needed a 4th dude, I mean, yeah, Andrew and Pigma are in the game, but...on their own

-Krystal's outfit is cool, but too conservative

-I wish in the main missions they would let me choose which pilot to be (Don't get me wrong, Fox is awesome, but I would've loved to play as Krystal, or as Falco for a change)

-Alesia Glidewell's British accent for Krystal sounded ok, but a little..."labored"

-No Katt Monroe :krystal:

Other than that, not bad....

I didn't have a problem with the foot missions, but I would have liked moreflying though.

Some of the levels were just crap. The dinosaur planet leel was just a MP level with loads of baddies thrown in.

A skin tight jumpsuit with skin coloured bits on. :S

More flying, yes

Dino Planet, eww, I totally agree...

Krystal's outfit: I'm mainly just speaking from a Southern California: Los Angeles point of view, obviously different to a British P.O.V.

I did, however, love how Peppy rammed the Great Fox into the Aparoid Barrier....that was righteous!  It kind of reminded me of "Dr. Strangelove" for some reason  :krystal:  except Peppy survived, which is even more awesome!

Too short for my tastes, but mulitplayer makes up for it.

Some of the missions were... Meh at best, Sauria i thought would be better.

Orbital gate was a fun one, i like it.

It was good to see what Corneria looks like up close, although, (in some ways) it was a bit dissapointing.

I enjoyed this however i disliked the  stats in multi-player and Wolf moves way too fast in pilot mode.

I also disliked the fact that you can't make your own control setup.

Starfox Assault was awesome and let me tell you why:

You got to fight on the ground with kicka$$ weapons.

Able to actually land your Arwing.

You could stop your Landmaster whenever you wanted.

Starfox dialogue was awesome.

Cutscenes were great.

And the biggest one:

THE MULTIPLAYER IS FANTASTIC!!!

I like the character progression in the game but felt like the game itself and the storyline suffered a little. Still, I play it quite often. Wolf was amazing. :?

I agree with wanting to have been able to play as other characters, and that the combat engine was less than desirable, but I liked it nonetheless.

It's would be a dream to play as Falco for a change! No offense to Fox though, he's pretty cool.

the one thing I will admint though is the sauria level was crap it was like playing on a scaled down model of the map almost.

What are you talking about Stacy?! Playing as Falco is a DREAM!!

Yeah and I thought they could have made Sauria look prettier, like Thorntail Hollow in Adventures

This ruined it for me. If a character decides to sacrifice himself, I'd expect him to die. I would probably have felt sorry for him. Now, however, I just want him dead. The story is awful, and for the most part, pointless.

ahh Go kill ash ketchum he's been close to dead as well. just because they had To sacrifice the Great fox Doesn't mean they have to sacafice the crew.

It's not like peppy was Tassadar who had to use the engeries of the void and the Psionic Matrix to gether and blow up himself and the ship over the overmind.

Anyway completely off topic but  In memory of Tassadar:EN TARO TASSADAR!
