Now, one of my all time favorite characters (second to the Star Fox series, mind you) is Doggie Cruger of Power Rangers S.P.D. By the way, this was drawn with pencil on graph paper, then scanned into Gimp to be colored. *gets to work on the cloak request* EDIT: Finished! Oh, I was playing with the layers one day and ended up with this one on the left, XD. The one on the right is the cloak request; I kind of got that evil perspective in my mind when doing it.
