Syphe D. Mar
Did anyone here ever tried retexturing Star Fox 64? I haven't seen a complete retexture of it, ever. Ones that look good don't seem to be available for download (people disappears or discontinue the project).
Mr. Krystal
I remember someone here doing it once, but not who it was.

Blink
Keep an eye out for "Andross 64" which is the biggest, most friendly texture workover for Star Fox 64 yet.
Syphe D. Mar
Alright. Do not fear the necro-bump. http://emutalk.net/showthread.php?t=41275 When I got this on July, I kinda forgot about this place. Anyway, if you have an emulator and a ROM, you could see what they did with the textures. It's pretty. Hopefully, the link to the file still works. Make sure you have Rice Plug-in as well. Mr. Krystal
I think I saw a video of someone who applied that texture. Either his computer or these textures made it really laggy. How's the speed with those textures?
foxbird22
I'm going to try the retextured version tomorrow. I'll let you know what it's like.
Syphe D. Mar
The speed's fine as far as I remembered. Loading them took awhile, though. There is a bit of a slowdown, but only on some occasions. Most of the time, it stays in the 50s-60s. Oh, and note that Star Fox 64 is different from other ROMs, so you may have to change the Default options a bit.
