nigel76 Posted July 17, 2007 Share Posted July 17, 2007 I like her, I just don't think she's the best member of the team, and judging by assault, her piloting skills aren't exactly great I don't like when people say they like her, but only give "fun" or some derivitive as a reason. those people give the real fans that like her character/personality,etc a bad name. I am admin of a fan forum so, of course I like her, but my favorite member of the team is Miyu Lynx. and yes, there is a Miyu fansite in the works and I'll post the link in the promote your site thread whan I finish getting it designed how I want. TakeWalker Posted July 18, 2007 Share Posted July 18, 2007 While Command has really improved upon her character, she's just gone from a vapid, useless, uninteresting T&A character to generally whiny and angsty. The tensions between her and Fox were great, but otherwise, she still doesn't hit me as that great a character. Not to mention I also hate Krystal fanboys, and Krystal haters with a furious burning passion. Side note: Puff, did you actually *read* the dialouge in Command at the end of 'Star Wolf Returns'? It says that 'Kursed' hunted down the 'worst scum in the galaxy'. So technically, she's still a do-gooder. Now Kursed cold be bad, she hunts what she thinks is the scum of the galaxy which could be good or bad. lol. Besides, the name Kursed sounds evil! BTW Yes I did read command. I just want krystal to be evil because that would be bamf. Besides, its just another shovel of **** life throws in Fox face! Which would deepen the plot. What I *can't* understand is all of this 'OMG HATE HATE HATE' crap. I mean, I dislike a certain character (not going to name names here), but you don't see me going around saying crap whenever someone brings up said character's name in a topic. I just dislike where nintendo is taking her plot wise. They barely mention her in assault and in command.... Wow, she could have been cool and started her own merc squad, but NO she had to leave to starwolf. One of the endings had her leave starfox and go back to starwolf to panther. Gee what a way to thank a fox who saved your life. With out fox, she would have DIED!!! That is why I torture Krystal so much. In my eyes, she deserves it! I was once a huge fox x krystal guy. Now, thanks to command, I am just a (well put a X OVER krystal's name and u got it!). IDK what to call it, but now i have a keen liking to the suffering of Krystal. Both physicly and Mentally. And in my personal opinion, the team really needed some sort of female touch since the old starfox female members left/disappeared/whatever. There's really nothing that special about her, and declaring her the best character in the series simply shows that those who think that way are infatuated with the way she looks and love her for eye-candy. And I'm not one of those people because...she's a fox. However on the other hand, I like that they included her in Star Fox because it gives me endless opportunity to play around with the humdrum "Fox-Krystal" relationship in my writing. Thanks, Shigeru!
