- Despite most of the big names dropping out, Nintendo will still be attending the "E For All" convention in October at the LA Convention Centre. It's still unknown if any games will be announced by Nintendo at this event, including Star Fox Wii.

- In last Thursdays Dr Phil taping, violent video games was going to be the topic and apparently Star Fox Assault was going to be one of those "offending titles". Thankfully common sence kicked in and the show decided to focus on online games addiction (World of Warcraft, etc). All mentions of violent games and Star Fox were removed.

- The Super Smash Bros. Brawl storyline has become more interesting. Apparently the "bad guys" in the single player are going to be a "Subspace Army". Could this mean Star Fox could play a major role in this?

I can't believe ANYONE would consider Star Fox even REMOTELY offending!    What does the public think?! 

Judging from the cut-scene shown on Dojo, it doesn't look like Star Fox will have a very large role.  It looks as if Kirby will have to battle it out with Petey Piranha, unless the Subspace Army involves a very complex storyline.  I personally wouldn't be surprised if Star Fox is involved, but I don't think they'll play a big factor.  SAVE PEACH AND ZELDA!!!! 

Yes, FF did break 1k.  Took long enough, too.  The only issue I have with that is the fact that there are a LOT of poorly written stories out there, dragging down the fandom and smothering all of the good stories by accomplished authors.

Actually, I think eventually, you save both princesses, but just not during that battle.

My guess about the storyline is that each level is themed to a different game, which each boss being a Nintendo villain from that game. In any case, that one cutscene is by no means the entire storyline. So keep your fingers crossed for Star Fox... :D
