Halloween 2007.

I can't believe a thread hasn't been made about this yet, and we're already midway through October.

Seventeen days until Halloween.  Discuss your plans for the holiday (if you have any) here.

I'll definitely be bringing my black hooded robe thing to campus this weekend.  It's got a black fabric cloth that attaches to the inside of the hood to give the appearance that there's no face.  And yes, I can see through it so I don't run into stuff.  It's also got this red cape thingy on the back.

I don't know what campus events are going on that day, but I'll try to have a picture of myself in costume up in a week or so.

Run around with a chainsaw.... but before that..

I'm going to climb on top of a church and hang a pentagram!

I remember doing a lot trick or treating when I was younger.  Of course, I was quite unaware of the real world then.  Try seeing me go door-to-door at night asking for candy now.  I don't think so.

Other than that, I'm turning 21 four days after Halloween, so I'm a bit to old for it anyway.  It doesn't mean I'm too old for costumes, though.

I'd probably look perfect in a Luigi costume, but like the last couple years, I don't actually have time to assemble the pieces necessary. One of these days I'm going to get my machinist friends to help me build an actual Chozo Power Suit from metal and as realistic as possible. That'll be an awesome Halloween costume!

I dressed up as a Foster Farm's chicken when I was 12.

I haven't dressed up for the past few years....but I'm certainly a gryphon on the inside, so why bother?  Besides, when you take little cousins trick or treating and you aren't wearing a costume, the friendly neighborhood people give you extra special candy cuz you're taking time to take your sweet little cousins trick or treating.

I'd actually be interested to see you dress up like a gryphon. :)

I would one day like to make Wolf's Assault uniform and wear it for Halloween.  That would be so awesome.

I'm going as Captain Jack Sparrow. I happen to look a bit like him, so it was an easy choice.

You're not the only one. XD

What am I doing for Halloween? In terms of costumes, probably nothing. Halloween in NYC is kind of dump.

(At least, it is is your Halloween education took place in Suburbia, like mine did.)

Actually, my brother and I were thinking of going as the guys from "My D--- In A Box". More likely, my dad and I will probably go to Benihana and yell at each other about baseball.  :D

Even if you're not a fursuiter, Foxbird, the least you could do is try to construct Falco's uniform.  That would be cool, too.

Cosplaying is awesome.

...just be prepared for an entire class of people to hate you for it. :D
