Favorite anthro cartoons

Which of these anthro animal based cartoons is your favorite? Me, I'm split on Biker Mice from Mars and

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. I read on the web at first that they were both very successful shows, recently I got to see little bits of the shows on YouTube and they were awesome!

SWAT Kats or Tail Spin. I've never heard of/seen the rest, or they didn't appeal to me.

If it were on the poll, I'd pick TailSpin. To tell the truth, I always thought SWAT Kats was overrated. I watched TailSpin when I was a lad, and would probably watch another episode or two, just for nostalgia.

To tell you the truth, I didn't include TailSpin because it's a one of those kiddy Disney shows, and I'm too old for those. I like to look up stuff like that on Wikipedia sometimes, but it's just so embarassing.

Really? I think you're wrong there. Tail Spin was actually a really good show compared to today's crap. It had some very realistic approaches to businesses in the 30's, as well as piloting. It was goofy, yes, but I love it.

I watched both SWAT Kats and Tail Spin. There's a lot of other good shows out there too that I probably excluded, though they're not coming to mind at the moment. =

Though it's not on the list, a series that I found utterly amazing and hilarious back when I was a kid was Samurai Pizza Cats. Three anthro-samurai-felines (I believe they were Speedy, Polly, and Guido) had some sort of pizza delivery service in something like Little Tokyo...the details elude me here, but I thought they were awesome.

Anyone else remember them?

Sorry for the double post, but what about Darkwing Duck? That was another popular Disney television show made around the same time as TailSpin, except TailSpin was aimed more for a younger audience than Darkwing Duck. Who here liked that show?

Never heard of the last four, but I think I would occasionally watch Street Sharks, TMNT and BMFM.

TMNT is probably the best, probably because it has a f**k-win themesong. XD

SWAT cats is good for starfox fans as it bears a striking simalarity. 2 guns for hire who fly a jet and beat the bad guys.

Extreme Dinosaurs is just bad arse through and through. No pacing, and very silly, but very very cool.

Love all that macho chest slamming stuff. It does try moments of tenderness, but it's all about the bad arse action.

Not for hire. They were vigilantes, like Batman, but with a fighter jet.

As I recall, they were dishonorably discharged from the military when they defied an order and saved the day. They were sent to work in a scrap heap, where they discovered enough used military equipment to make their own jet. They secretly have been "assisting" the military since, though the commanders aren't happy about their usurping of power.

It wasn't the military, it was the city's police force. They defied an order and caused the headquarters to be blown up. In reality, it was Commander Feral's fault because he shot down Chance and Jake. They were forced to work the salvage yard to pay for the repairs. (In a sense, The Swat Kats still work for the Enforcers, since they were never really fired.)
